Barton Springs Campground — Reviews

Great RV, great camp, great support from staff. Cleaning has room to improve. Exception to main bedroom, the other places to sleep are not quite comfortable. Couch and thin mattresses need to be better for sleeping. Bathroom is really good.

Very nice and quiet. Showers and bathrooms are clean. We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere.

We always have a great time at Barton Springs. Great staff, great service, and great place to spend with family. Looking forward to our next visit.

The bathrooms are very hot! 🥵 No sewer hook-up! Bathrooms are extremely 🥵 hot, no air. No service for T-Mobile, Stayed for two weeks. But: Beautiful campground. Grounds are mowed often. Clean. Nice sites and level.

Very clean campground. Nice bathhouse. Not overcrowded. The employees are super friendly.

Rv hook ups are backwards. Picnic table is in back of rv. I didnt like having to put my vehicle in the over flow lot .. the neighbors were loud with their outdoor theater. The camp host was rude. Parking passes need to be handed to campers upon entrance check in not hung on the post at campsite. Lady was rude because my truck didnt have a vehicle pass and it wasnt til we pulled back to our campsite that we found the passes. Needless to say i prolly will not return to this campsite. Updates need to be made to ensure the hook ups for rvs are corrected.

Barton Springs is one of our favorite campgrounds.

It was okay. Nothing stood out. Nothing was wrong. The spot we selected was sloped. Bathrooms okay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Look forward to coming back.

Great area and helpful hosts

I came in with a big RV and there were tree limbs that were to low over the roadway and were going to scratch my rig the camp host right away got a saw and ladder and cut them down. We like how clean the campground is We come as often as possible. Only complaint is the reservation shows all sites are full and thus last weekend it was only 1/2 full ?

Great location and staff.Jesse is the best, road around daily and handed out suckers to the kids. Super nice guy!!

The work force there does an excellent job of keeping the campground clean and enjoyable. It has been a great place to have quality time with my family plus my grandchildren get to enjoy nature at it’s finest.

Place is beatiful and well kept. The slight disappointment is no cell service.

Terrible staff harassed us for unnecessary reasons. we have stayed at Martin Springs several times. Never have we been treated so rude and unkind by the staff we will never stay there again until staff is changed. Our daughter came to pick up the grandchildren and she was chased down by a staff member. She only stayed five minutes at our campsite and we were harassed about it. Our fire pit was nasty and unclean when we arrived. It is very sad that this campground cannot be ran by decent people. Our neighbors came over and asked if we were being arrested as they were being harassed also by the staff. I would not recommend staying at Barton Springs.

Great spot enjoyed our long weekend even if the weather didn’t cooperate with us. Thanks again as always. See y’all next time.
