 Holidays, holiday weekend or holiday week day- Non Refundable. No exception. Regardless when the cancellation is made.  

* Reservation cancellation 14 days or more prior to check in date , Full refund minus 20% cancellation fee will be applied .

Less than 14 Day - Non refundable.

No Show's- Non refundable. No exception. 

Late Arrivals- Non Refundable, No credit. Regardless if its an hour, 12 hours or a day or more late.
