Terms of Service:
Guest is fully responsible for ensuring all equipment is compatible with the site length and/or site type. Please choose a site based on the total length of your equipment. Some site types do not accept towing units. Ensure that you have entered the correct RV type and length at the time of booking.
Only one camping unit is allowed per site. Tents are not permitted in RV spaces. Tent guests
must reserve designated tent sites. Guests who misrepresent their RV type and/or length may be turned away at check-in.
A valid credit card must be kept on file. There are no refunds for early departures.

Ask us about locking your site for a small fee! If your site is not locked, it may be changed to meet day to day operations.

Check-In / Check-Out:

  • RV Sites:

    • Check-in: 1:00 PM

    • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Cabins:

    • Check-in: 3:00 PM

    • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Office Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week

After-hours arrivals can call the on call number posted on the office door. We have staff on site who will be happy to come assist you and get you checked in!

Park Rules & Regulations:
For the enjoyment of all guests, please follow these rules while staying at Beargrass Lodge RV Park:

● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no excessive noise at any time)
● Speed limit: 5 MPH
● NO FIREWORKS
● Only one RV per site connected to utilities
● No auto repairs or oil changes without office approval
● Keep rugs, mats, and items off the grass
● Do not park or drive on grass areas
● All additional vehicles and guests must be registered with the office
● No visitors after 10:00 PM
● Observe all one-way road signs
● Do not drive or walk through unoccupied sites
● All buildings are NON-SMOKING
● Water connections must not leak (pressure regulators recommended)
● Sewer connections must be secure and sealed
● No washing dishes, equipment, or personal items in bathrooms or laundry sinks
● Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests

  • Powering an RV and charging an electric vehicle simultaneously in the same electrical panel is prohibited.

Pet Policy:
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED at Beargrass Lodge or Motel rooms. Guests arriving with pets will not be permitted to check in. Pets ARE allowed in the RV park.

Deposits (if applicable):
Winter monthly guests must pay a $150 refundable deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon checkout provided the site, sewer, water, and power connections are left in good condition.

Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation will be charged.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival. If payment is declined, the reservation will be canceled.
● Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival: no refund
● Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours prior: 50% refund
● Cancellations more than 7 days prior: deposit is forfeited

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
● Weather conditions
● Acts of nature
● Early departures
● Booking errors or misrepresentation
● Evictions

Fees:
● Lost Key Fee: $50 per key
● Lost Equipment Fee: $20 per item

Taxes:
Applicable state and local lodging taxes will be applied to all reservations.

Agreement:
By completing your reservation and/or staying at Beargrass Lodge RV Park, you acknowledge
and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.

BEARGRASS LODGE – GUEST WAIVER & LIABILITY AGREEMENT

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By booking and/or staying at Beargrass Lodge (“Property”), Guest acknowledges and agrees
that use of the Property and surrounding areas involves inherent risks, including but not limited
to:
● Slips, trips, and falls (indoors and outdoors)
● Use of kitchen appliances and equipment
● Use of fire ring and outdoor areas
● Wildlife encounters common to Montana environments
● Weather-related hazards (snow, ice, rain, etc.)
● Proximity to roadway (Highway 2) and associated noise/traffic
Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges Beargrass
Lodge, its owners, affiliates, and property managers from any and all liability, claims, demands,
or causes of action arising out of or related to:
● Personal injury, illness, or death
● Property loss or damage
● Accidents occurring on or around the Property
This waiver applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except in cases of gross
negligence or willful misconduct.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUESTS & INVITEES
The primary Guest (booking party) accepts full responsibility for:

● All individuals staying at or visiting the Property during the reservation
● Ensuring all guests comply with property rules and safety guidelines
● Any damage caused by guests or invitees

PROPERTY USE & SAFETY
Guest agrees to:
● Use all appliances, furnishings, and amenities in a safe and reasonable manner
● Supervise children at all times
● Exercise caution when using the kitchen, fire ring, and outdoor areas
● Acknowledge that the Property is located near a highway and that some traffic noise and
associated risks exist

NO PET POLICY
Beargrass Lodge maintains a strict no-pet policy.
Guest agrees that no animals will be brought onto the Property. Violation may result in additional fees and/or termination of the stay.

INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Beargrass Lodge, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
● Guest’s use of the Property
● Violation of this agreement
● Actions of Guest or their invitees

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
By signing below (or by completing a reservation where this agreement is presented), Guest acknowledges that they:
● Have read and understand this Waiver & Liability Agreement
● Voluntarily agree to its terms
● Accept full responsibility for their stay and all associated risks
