Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel anytime for a Tent/RV/rental unit site, please see our refund policy.  After reading our refund policy and agree to the policy, please email us to cancel your reservations.

Refunds are prohibited for voluntary departure or evictions.  Any refund will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year of the date the reservation credit was issued.

3+ WEEKS:

·        Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit.

2+ WEEKS:

·        50% of reservation forfeited OR 50% of reservation issued in camp credit.

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS:

·        Full reservation forfeited AND no funds returned.

• The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (I.E.: Hurricane; Tropical Storm; or mandatory evacuation of the area) is issued for the campground within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date.

NO SHOWS:

·        Reservations will be held until noon on the day your scheduled arrival.  No shows will result in Full reservation forfeited
