Terms and Conditions

NOTICE

This property is privately owned. Guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that Big Creek Resort, Marina & Campground, its owners, officers, and employees are not responsible for loss or damage to property, or injury to persons arising from the use of campground facilities. Guests further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campground, its owners, officers, and employees against any claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury involving members of the registered guest’s family or visitors while on the property.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Changes

Moving or changing a reservation is considered a cancellation and will incur a $10 service fee.

Failure to arrive or cancel on your scheduled arrival date will result in being charged for the entire reservation.

Standard Reservations

Reservations must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus the $10 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Holiday Reservations

Holiday reservations must be canceled at least 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus the $10 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cabin Reservations and Policy

To reserve and check into a cabin, you must be 21 years of age or older.
No exceptions.

Pets are not allowed in cabins.  If a pet is found in a cabin, or evidence of a pet is discovered, you will:

  • Be charged a $100 cleaning fee

  • Be asked to leave the property immediately

  • Receive no refund

Campsite Rules

·       VEHICLE PASSES NEED TO BE IN CLEAR SITE AT ALL TIMES, vehicles without proper passes are subject to a $20 fine.

·       Please keep your campsite neat and clean.

·       Clean your campsite prior to your departure.  If the campsite is not clean when you leave you will be charged $50 for cleanup and you will be blacklisted and not allowed back to the park.

·        Please note that early check-in and late check-outs are subject to an additional fee.

·       DO NOT discharge any gray water onto the ground.

·       No littering.  All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the property.

·       Please be mindful of your surroundings and keep noise at a respectful level to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

·       Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.

·       Campfires in designated areas only.

·       Pets are allowed, however they must REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

·       Pet owners are liable for any and all damages incurred by any pet leashed or unleashed. After the first warning, any violators will be charged a $200 fine and will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND and will not be able to return until the fine is paid fully.

·       No possessing or discharging of fireworks.

·       No driving through grassed areas, please use appropriate roadways.

·       Please be courteous when driving on sanded area.

·       Off road vehicles are allowed, in designated areas only.

·       DO NOT approach any wildlife creature.

·       Parents are responsible for children’s actions and safety.

·       Swimming is at your own risk.

·       BIG CREEK RESORT, MARINA AND CAMPGROUND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR ACCIDENTS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR STAY.

RV’s:  All RV’s must be 10 years or newer and in good working condition/appearance.  RV’s older than 10 years must be approved by management.

SITE APPEARANCE:  Guests agree to keep their site CLEAN, NEAT and ORDERLY at all times.  No trash, or cigarette butts are to be thrown on the ground anywhere in the park, including your site.  Please store all personal items when not in use.  Site needs to remain tidy and uncluttered.  Any outdoor items on your site must be clean and in good condition. 

Vehicle & Guest Policies

  • Each campsite reservation includes:

    • 4 guests

    • 2 vehicle passes

  • Additional guest passes: $5 per guest, per day

  • Additional vehicle passes: $5 per vehicle, per day

·        No more than 8 people per campsite. All campsites will accommodate one RV and one tent, or you may have two tents. *Additional tent space can be purchased at the office. Additional tents are $25 a night per tent.

·        No more than 4 vehicles are allowed per campsite at any time.

Enforcement of Rules

Failure to comply with campground rules or policies may result in:

  • Cancellation of your reservation

  • Loss of deposit/payment

  • Removal from the property without refund
