Even with all the rain we had a great time

Staff was friendly, resort was very nice and kept very clean. Amenities were great with the exception of the laundry facilities. 4 washers and dryers (2 each in two sections) and one of the dryers in our section was not working. I was also surprised to see a computer server bank in the laundry area. Space was very compact and not set up to be very easy to work in. As someone who travels full time, this was an inconvenience, but we really liked the resort.

Nice sites, great views, very clean and friendly! Only stayed one night but will be coming back for longer stays.

Resort was great. Clubhouse was spacious and offered fun family friendly games. The zero entry pool was perfect for lounging and staying cool in the sun. There was a bit of frustration with loud vehicles randomly riding through the resort at very early hours, like 2:30 am, just riding the loop. Other than that had a great visit.

It was a nice park. We stayed for a week. 3 kids and 2 adults. One of the main reasons we were excited was for the kids hot tub. You don’t see that often so they were looking forward to it, and it was broken the entire time we were there. Heater wasn’t working. Other than that it was good. 4 to 5 stars if kids hot tub would have been working.

Very clean and nice amenities. The live music last night was super fun. On the bay, the place has a lazy river and slash pad, another pool with an adult hot tub, a clubhouse with bar, and a food truck. Also a pool table, ping pong, etc, in the clubhouse.

Easy check-in online, clean, level (!), beautiful spots.

Campground well maintained. Staff, Kim, very friendly.

Very clean and staff was friendly

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing stay at Biloxi Bay. The check in went fine and we made easily to our site, however, things then went south. There was no hot water in the shower and restroom, the dryers took multiple cycles to dry clothes, but the worst occurred in the morning when we were outside cooking breakfast, and our dogs are on their beds on the grass. A worker squeezes his golf cart through the small space between the tall grass at the rear of the site and us and our dogs. We then realized he’s spraying pesticide about three feet from us, our food, and our dogs. He then proceeded to circle around and make another pass about 5 min later. It was unbelievable. There were multiple guests next to us visibly upset because he did the same thing to them. I left a message for the office voicing our concerns but of course we didn’t hear back from them. We will never visit biloxi bay again and I encourage everyone to avoid this park. There are plenty of other great parks in the area that will gladly accept your money rather than this place. It is unacceptable to pay $132 and not have the courtesy extended to at least advise they were going to spray pesticide.

Very accommodating!

We only stayed one night after arriving at 5 pm. The camp Host greeted us on arrival and gave us the necessary codes. We are traveling back to CA and glad we located a nice place to camp with showers. Only negative was our Neighbour decided to start packing up his trailer at 4 am and left at 5 am so we caught a couple hours of sleep after he left.
