We had great facilities with concrete level spots to park! It was so easy to access. I will say the water pressure was high which is not a bad thing. I just experienced leaks and had to buy a water pressure gauge for cheap. When we arrived the lazy river and other kid friendly activities had not been finished and ready as the website made it out to be. The food truck closed an hour prior to “closing time”. There were tons of spaces and looked like hundreds more being built. The spots are a bit close together but are easy to set up quickly.

All sites are clean, new concrete pads, updated electrical, water, and sewer connections. Pool and clubhouse are very nice and really give a resort feel with the open bar and food. Depending on your interests, pick a site near what you want. I wanted view of the bay so our site was near the water. If the pool and clubhouse is important to you then pick a site close to that. I wasn’t a fan of the lazy river, but my wife and kids loved it. My wife said that was her favorite part of the resort. Resort staff were readily available. If you are planning a visit by RV to Biloxi, we were 15 minutes from the beach, casinos, and restaurants.

Nicely laid out campground. Amenities are very nice. Still being built but looks like everything will turn out top notch. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall, we love Biloxi Bay RV Resort. However, we were expecting more upgrades to be complete for our stay this year. We also feel that the resort should take extra safety precautions such as wrist bands, vehicle passes, etc. Literally anyone could come to the pool or campground at any time which is a little scary.

Wifi waa unstable and kept disconnecting. We lost water for over 7 hours, then water went back out for the all night. We could not shower or flush our tanks. No apologies only one courtesy text. Still waiting for return call from management.

Bathrooms, showers, pool at the bar were clean and well cared. Jacuzzi did not work ( timer was out of order). Back in camp site pad was concrete and level with great views of the Biloxi Bay. Lost 50 amp power last nite of stay. When called it was addressed promptly. Great owners. Only 1 hour 10 minutes to New Orleans, 15 minutes to Beau Rivage and Ocean Springs. Great location to reach out to these great towns. Will come back again.

We were in site 140 and the view of the bay was fantastic! We didn’t partake in any of the amenities except the dog parks which were really nice. It was very peaceful. So much to do in the area - Fly Llama brewery in Biloxi has the best Strawberry Rhubarb Sour
