Refund Policy

Reservations require a deposit equal to 1 night’s stay. Cancellations must be received by 3pm – 2 days (48 hours) prior to the date of the arrival to receive a refund of the deposit. On holidays and surrounding dates, prices may increase (e.g., Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving). No deposit refunds will be given for reservations on holidays, holiday weekends, or special events. Please review the website for a current list of holidays, holiday weekends, and special events. All cancellations will be subject to a $3.50 processing fee.
