Cancellation/Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS ON SITE FEES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES

• For stays of 7 days or less full payment for stay will be charged at time of booking. In case of cancelation, we will hold your payment for up to One year, and you may rebook at a later time. No refund shall be given.

For Stays 8 days or more, the following will apply:

• Reservation Fee is applied to the final electric and the balance refunded.

• If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date the reservation fee minus $100 will be refunded.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date no refund shall be given.

• Departure without 30 days’ notice will result in early departure penalty of $250 (not to exceed amount of reservation fee) (circumstances of departure may be considered as exception).

• Guests may change dates of reservation (twice only: at management's discretion) to maintain their reservation fee (must call office).
