Park Passes

A Park Pass is required for all Vehicles, Golf Carts and ATUV's.  Price for Park Passes are not included with the reservation.  Overnight guests pay only one Park Pass fee for the duration of their stay for each vehicle.

Park Passes can be purchased at the Park Office during regular business hours.

Effective July 1, 2023 the Daily Park Pass, Camper Park Pass and Golf Cart Pass will increase to $5.00 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Main Park Gate closes at 11:00 p.m. each night and re-opens at 5:00 a.m. each day.  An entrance code can be obtained from your camp host if there is a legitimate reason to re-enter the park after the gate closes.

Campground Rules

1. Tent campers are restricted to the designated tent pad and may not camp between sites.
2. Pets must be well behaved, attended at all times and on a leash no longer than six feet in length.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Sun-Thurs 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Fri/Sat
4. An adult must accompany all campers under the age of 18.
5. Campfires must be in designated fire rings. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED
6. Cutting or damaging trees is strictly prohibited.
7. Campers must Check-Out no later than 11:00 a.m. on their departure date.
8. All vehicles must display BBP Parking Pass
9. All visitors must be out of the park prior to 10:00 p.m.
10. No weapons allowed.
11. Visitor vehicles must not be parked on a designated campsite while visiting friends.
12. Please dispose of garbage in the dumpsters located in each campground.
13. Bicycle riders must obey all traffic laws and riders under 16 must wear a helmet.
14. Speed limit in campground loop roads is 5 mph.
15. No alcoholic beverages allowed outside of your campsite area.

Golf Cart / ATUV Rules

4-Wheeler ATVs ARE NOT ALLOWED          Must be an All-Terrain Utility Veicle

Effective July 1, 2023 the Golf Cart Pass will increase to $5.00 

1. Golf Carts and ATUVs MUST have a $5.00 BBP Golf Cart Pass  while being operated inside the park. The passes can be obtained at the park          office and the park guest MUST SIGN an agreement acknowledging the golf cart rules and regulations.
2. Anyone driving a golf cart or ATUV MUST be at least 16 years of ages and be a licensed driver.
3. Golf Carts or ATUVs may not carry more passengers than designed for.
4. Operators MUST follow all rules and laws of the road.
5. Golf Carts or ATUVs are not allowed to be used after 10:00 p.m. with the exception of going from your site to the restroom and back to your site and going from your site to a park event and back. With these exceptions, the cart must be equipped with proper lights including headlights and tail lights.
6. No one is allowed to stand in the golf cart or ATUV or ride on the back platform while the cart is in use and keep legs and arms inside the vehicle.
7. Operators must avoid using congested and heavily populated areas of the park.
8. Operators must practice safe driving practices and not perform any unsafe maneuvers with the vehicle. Speed limit within the campground areas is 10 MPH.
9. Golf Carts or ATUVs are not allowed on trails or in wooded areas except on designated trails
and old fire break roads.
10. Golf Carts and ATUVs MUST be in good working condition with all features working properly.
11. Operators being careless or not abiding by Golf Cart/ATUV rules will be required to park the
cart or ATUV until further notice by park personnel.
First Violation: Suspension of golf cart privileges during the remainder of stay

Second Violation: Suspension of golf cart privileges until furter notice

12. Golf Cart/ATUV owners are responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused
by vehicle. Bobby Brown Park assumes no liability for accidents, misuse, theft, damages,
injury, or any other occurrence or mishap arising from operation on park property.
*OPEN DISPLAY OR USE OF ALCOHOL ON GOLF CART OR ATUV IS NOT ALLOWED

No refunds for cancellations less than 5 days of your scheduled check-in date or 50% of your reserved stay will be charged. 

No refunds are issued for NO SHOWS, early departures, or cancellations after the arrival date.

Reservations on holiday and special event weekends will require payment for the ORIGINAL ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE DATES. 

Reservation Refunds for Credit Cards will have a $10.00 service charge deducted from refund amount.

Reservation refunds can be applied to user credit with no service charge.
