Cancellation Policy

Short-Term Guests:

• Cancellations made 4 or more days before your arrival date receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of your arrival date are charged 100% of the reservation. No refund is issued.

• The 3 day window includes the day you cancel and the two days before arrival. Example: for a Thursday arrival, cancel by Sunday to receive a refund. Cancellations on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday are charged in full.

• All cancellations are counted by calendar day in Pacific Time, not by hours.

• No refunds are issued for cancellations after check-in, no-shows, early departures, evictions, weather, or acts of nature.

Extended-Stay Guests (Monthly Reservations):

• Must cancel through office (not online). Security deposit is nonrefundable if move-in does not occur due to fault of guest. Security deposit will be refunded if move-in does not occur by choice of Park. No refunds for early departure or prorations once reservation begins. 30-day written notice required for security deposit refund upon move out.
