Guidelines for Your Camping Convenience
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM CHECK-IN TIME IS 2:00PM
PROPANE: Available for fill up during regular store hours. Please see store attendant and proceed to filling station.
PETS: Must be on a leash at all times. Please do not leave pets unattended. Dangerous breeds are not allowed in the campground. If you are not sure please ask. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET.
PARKING: Only two cars max per site except with prior approval. All Vehicles Must Display Parking Pass at all Times.
SWIMMING: Follow rules posted at Pool. No lifeguard provided. Swimming is at your own risk. Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
BATHROOMS & SHOWERS: We intend to keep our bathrooms clean. Your help in this area would be sincerely appreciated. Assist us by not letting water run unnecessarily. Please DO NOT wash dishes in the bathroom. A sink is located behind the back bathroom building. Children 10 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
QUIET TIME: 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. All children must be back at their campsite by 10:45 pm. All common areas are closed at 10:45 PM. All Music, instruments and loud noise must stop during quite hours. Please be respectful of the other campers and lets all have a great night.
HOLIDAY QUITE TIME: 2:00AM - 9:00AM. WE DO EXTEND QUITE HOURS FOR OUR CAMPER'S ENJOYMENT AT THE HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THOSE AROUND YOU AND TURN OFF THE MUSIC PROMPTLY. THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE UNTIL 9:00 AM. AIR HORNS & COW BELLS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY REASON DURING YOUR STAY.
GUESTS: Please have your visitors stop at the store to register and pay the day fee. Day guest are allowed in the campground from 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Anyone staying past 6:00 PM must check in as an overnight guest.
HOLIDAY GUESTS: There are NO GUESTS ALLOWED on holiday weekends. There will be no day passes issued. Anyone choosing to be in the campground on a holiday weekend must have a car pass and proper bracelets'. Anyone breaking these rules will be responsible to pay the three day minimum stay and be evicted from the park.
CABINS: Cabins must be kept clean when checking out of your site. If trash is left in the cabins, or the cabin requires deep cleaning, a $100.00 cleaning fee will charged to your credit card.
TRASH: Trash must be removed from the site before dark each day. Place trash in dumpster. Remember that bags should be light enough to lift. DO NOT OVER FILL THE BAGS. Your site must be left garbage free. No cigarette butts, bottle caps or loose trash at site. A $50.00 per item or bag left at site will be assessed for sites not left in the proper condition. A $50 fee for all trash left at the site!!! ALCOHOL: There is no drinking in the swimming pool area or the common areas. Please use common sense.
SMOKING: There is no smoking of any kinds, including vape in the swimming pool area or common areas. Please use common sense.
VANDALISM: Will not be tolerated. Parents are responsible for their children's actions and must assume financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by them, regardless of age.
MOTORCYCLES: Welcome to & from sites. Other gas & electric ride ons including recreation vehicles, power bikes, atv's scooters etc.. prohibited. FEES: Will be charged for late check-out and early check-in. There are half day rates available to those wishing to stay late. Late checkout extends your stay until 6:00 PM and is charged out at 1⁄2 the regular overnight rate.

PLEASE DISCARD CIGARETTE BUTTS AND BOTTLE CAPS PROPERLY.
NO CUTTING OF ANY TREES (DEAD OR ALIVE)! $50.00 Replacement fee charged.
NO MUSIC AFTER 11:00 PM EXCEPT HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
FIRECRACKERS, & EXPLOSIVES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.
WASHING OF ANY VEHICLE IS PROHIBITED.
All dogs under 35 pounds and non dangerous breeds are allowed.
DANGEROUS DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND, IF YOUR NOT SURE PLEASE CALL 518-678-9729
DOGS MUST ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES! Children, chickens, bunnies, squirrels, ducks & guinea pigs may run free. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY PERSON TO LEAVE, WITHOUT REFUND,
BECAUSE OF EXCESSIVE DRINKING; FAILURE TO FOLLOW POSTED RULES OR ANY OTHER OBJECTIONABLE BEHAVIOR. NO MOVING FIREPITS
ACTIVITES: From Memorial Day to Labor Day the campground hosts activities
for both young and old alike. Please ask at the front desk for a schedule.

Brookside Campgrounds – Water Safety Rules – All Guests Must Sign In – No Exceptions
The Swimming Pool and the Brook of the Brookside Campgrounds are not supervised by a a lifeguard or o other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests.
Safety is a joint responsibility.
Please read the safety rules outlined on this page. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you. We are required to notify you of these rules to insure that water rescue equipment is at the pool and that the swimming area is maintained in a sanitary manner. If you notice any problem with the water quality or absence of water rescue equipment, please notify us at once. After you have read this, please sign below. Your safety is important to us. Safety Rules:
There is no swimming in the Brook without exception.
• NEVER SWIM ALONE. A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older must be present whenever this swimming pool facility is in use.
• THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISON. Children under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with at least one adult on the pool deck.
• IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY MANAGER and Contact help as soon as possible. A free telephone is provided at this facility for emergency needs. Available at Main Office) (Dial 911 for all Emergency Needs)
• Only use this Swimming Pool facility during posted hours of operation. 11:00 A.M.-7:00 Р.М.
• No drinking alcoholic beverages and/or use of Drugs prior to or during your swim. (Under the influence = out of the pool)
• There is NO Running on the Pool Deck.
• There is NO Diving or Jumping in the Pool. Only registered guests may use the swimming pool facilities. This form MUST be on file.
• No Food or Drinks are allowed in Pool Area.
• No Swimming Toys or non-safety related equipment is allowed in the Swimming Pool.
• Proper Swimwear is required - No Cut-offs/Street Clothing.
• No Diapers allowed in Pool - Infants MUST have Swimmies to go in pool (Sold in Office or at Wal-Mart).
• Bounce Pillow and other playground equipment within the campground are to be used at your own risk. Please play responsibly and think Safety First!
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled between 7 and 21 days receive a 50% refund.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
No shows and early departures receive no refund.
