Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, your reservation must be canceled 21-days prior to your arrival date. By making this reservation, you agree to our policy in regard to no refund for any reason if you need to cancel under the 7-day cancellation window.

If you cancel 21-days prior to your arrival date, a 5% fee will be charged, and the remainder will be refunded within 5 days.

If you cancel 8-20 days before your arrival date you will be refunded 50% of your reservation to your payment method within 5 days.

Any cancellations within 7 days of your arrival will not receive a refund.  

No refunds for early departures.

If there is a change to your reservation within the 21-day period, your original reservation date will remain for cancellation policies.  Please email reservations@buckeyearena.com  if you do not see refund in your account within 5 days.
