Buffalo Run RV Park — Reviews

It was a great spot for an overnight stay or like several RV’S who were long term workers in the area. We came for a break in the travel and everything worked great. Full hook ups were wonder. Just very narrow sites. Several had big big rig s next to them and slides were almost touching. We are used to someone being there and we simply had to drive in see our site number and pull in. That being said it was a great nights rest. The absolute best part was Firehouse 54. It was a 4 minute walk. The pizza was amazing. We had the fajita pizza. Yum. AND they make their own ice cream sandwiches in several great flavors.

Easy access. Plenty of open space. Restroom were clean.

This RV site was great. For an overnight stay we have no complaints. The restrooms were clean and modern. At first there was a little confusion finding our site. Some of the electrical supply post is shared by two RV, one on each side. But all in all we figured it out just find.

Pro: easy access to freeway, 50 amp. Con: sites so close together, that you step outside your door and onto their electric pole. If we put all the sides out we’d have no room between the sites. Because we were so close, we could hear conversations from the neighbors.

Campground was well maintained, clean and quiet.

Small, very neat and clean RV spots

Didn’t look carefully enough to realize it was so small, not even enough space to ride a bike decently, but it was quiet

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had no idea where to park because we received no information from the campground itself about the check-in procedure. The was no map of the sites so after calling the phone number listed on a building door we were told site seven, but we were not told in which direction the site should be entered and the rv's that were already there were entering from both directions. The campground was clean, well-tended, quiet and the utilities all worked. A nice stop over but not much to do other wise.

Great stay for passing through. Quick off of the interstate for pop in pop out over night stay. Great grass area for my dog. Easycircle drive on the way out to dump trash.

This was a cute little RV park to stay for one night. I had to call to get our site number, and Josh was very helpful and kind! The site was well-equipped with full-hookups as advertised. My only concern was that the lights in the women's restroom did not work consistently. Be ready for freeway noise 24/7, but that should be a given based on the location. We would definitely stay here again if the circumstances were right.

Easy access from the interstate. Clean, small park. All services work. Appropriately priced we paid $35. Full services. Nothing fancy, but grate for an overnight or if you are working in the area.

The owner was open, saying he and his wife were relatively new owners, had put a lot of work into getting the campground back in shape after it had been closed for a number of years. The campground had FHU, and was very conveniently located for us. The owner clued us in on a real gem of a local pizza place, which was great (and cheap!).

Clean, quiet, convenient

Great stopover on the way home. Good water pressure, power was clean and sewer worked fine. Gravel sie was level. 5 minutes from 35W, Loves and coffee shop.

Quiet place near the highway. Walking to the little restaurant for very good pizza made the stay even better.
