Payment Policy
A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Byron RV Park to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, including metered power and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. Overnight rates include four (4) people and two (2) pets. Additional nightly fee for extra people and/or pets.
Long-term Guests
1. Long-term guests (stay 90 days) must make payment of one month's rent to reserve site, a one time booking fee of $5.00 and any other fees associated with reservation (3% processing fee). You will have an option of paying in cash to avoid the processing fee, however, it is due BEFORE the 1st day of the month. No exceptions.
2. Long-term guests are responsible for payment on the first of the month. It is late after the fifth.
3. Long-term guests pay for metered power.
4. Long-term guests MUST SIGN the Terms and Conditions contract in order to remain on property. Failure to do so will result in eviction and is non-refundable.
Metered Power: Power is metered for guest staying two weeks or more, therefor, you only pay for the actual power you use. It is an additional cost at the rate of .15/kwh. Metered power begins when you connect and ends when you disconnect. Your original payment method will be charged at the time of your departure. Long-term guests (over 90 days) will have an invoice each month and payment will be due by the 5th day of the month.
Change Policy: Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change.
Park Policies: Scheduled check-in is 3:00 pm. Scheduled check-out is 11:00 am. Sites are normally available by noon dependent on late check-out by prior guests. By checking in to Byron RV, you agree to follow all park rules. Rules are located below. Monthly guests must follow the rules agreed upon on the monthly paperwork, as well as the general rules. All guest are responsible for costs and labor associated to any damages caused by them or their guests. Byron RV Park is not responsible for any damages caused by acts of nature, other guests, or any other reason whatsoever.
1. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We generally do not accept cash unless otherwise noted. A fee of 3% is applied to billing for fees associated to card use. For your convenience, our laundry facility is card operated and will not accept cash or coins.
2. The minimum age to reserve a site is 21 years. Rates include four guests, one vehicle and two pets. Additional guests are $5/night and may not exceed eight persons total. Check with office for long term additional guest.
3. We do not guarantee specific sites. We will make every effort to meet your requests; however, our automated system moves reservations to optimize campground availability. You do have the option of selecting a lock site fee at time of reservation. The cost is $15 and added to your bill.
4. No refunds for early departure regardless of the reason. In the event of eviction, no refunds are given.
5. A valid credit card on file is required for all reservations. ALL EXPENSES DUE (including but not limited to daily rate fees, and /or any assessed fees, metered power, etc.) MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
6. All vehicles must be registered with the park office. Park decals must be placed in vehicle and visible at all times. There is a speed limit of 10 miles/hour inside park. All vehicles must be operational, have current registration and license plates. Vehicles must be parked within site. Extra vehicles may be parked in overflow parking and will incur a fee. Overflow parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking in a vacant park lot is prohibited and will result in daily rate fee.
7. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Obsessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
RV and /or Site Appearance (ENCLOSED UTILITY TRAILERS INCLUDED)
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based on it's appearance or condition. We only accept RVs less than 10 years of age. It must be clean and well appointed appearance. This is at the office park's discretion. You may be asked to submit photo of unit upon making your reservation.
2. Your rented park site must be kept clean and orderly. Do not hang towels or laundry outside. Additional storage, refrigerators, freezers, heaters, window units, generators or electrical devices are not permitted.
3. Help keep our park clean and pest free by clearing picnic tables and removing trash promptly. There are trash bins throughout property and a dumpster for household garbage. Do not dispose of anything other than household garbage on site.
4. Keep hoses, cords, and cables coiled and bundled. Properly store your electric line for your unit. There are no light-duty extension cords allowed.
5. No tents permitted.
6. Mechanical work/projects on site is prohibited unless done so by an RV Technician/Repairman
7. A clean up fee of $100 will be added to your invoice should you leave trash, hoses, etc. upon departure
Bathroom and Laundry Facilities (BATHROOM FACILITY IS ONLY OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS MON-SAT 14 PER THE LOCAL HEALTH CODE FROM THE CITY)
1. We take pride in our bathroom and laundry facilities. Please be respectful of our property and clean up after yourself. If you see that our facilities need attention, please notify office staff.
2. Use given code while you are a guest on property. Do not share the code. The facilities are for Byron RV Park guest only. Failure to meet these guidelines will not be tolerated and will end your entry privilege.
3. Pet bedding or heavily soiled items are not allowed in washing machines or dryer.
4. Leave washing machine door open after use.
5. Clean dryer lint after each use.
6. We are not responsible for items left in the washer/dryer or at any of the facilities.
7. Leave facilities clean and ready for the next person to use.
8. Failure to follow rules could lead to loss of privileges or eviction of property
Children and Visitors
1. Guests and visitors must comply with all local, state and federal laws.
2. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Children under the age of 14 must accompanied by an adult, including using facilities, for safety reasons.
3. Adults are responsible for their children's bicycles and other toys. Please keep off other guests sites. Helmets are highly encouraged.
Pets
1. Limit two pets per site.
2. All pets and emotional support animals must be friendly, on a leash and with their owner.
3. Pet fence structures are due to inspection and must be neatly kept in good appearance.
4. You may walk your pets on a leash throughout the park. You may let your pet run off leash in the dog park but, you must remain with your dog at all times. You are responsible for your pet's actions and behavior. You are responsible for any damages or incidents caused by your pet. Including, but, not limited to digging holes, etc.
5. Pets must be up to date on vaccines and in good health.
6. Please clean up after your pet immediately. There are several waste bins throughout the property for your use.
7. Excessive noise or barking will not be tolerated.
8. Failure to comply with these rules will result in removal from the park/eviction of property. In the event of eviction no refunds of any nature are granted.
Smoking/Vaping
1. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any common area or campground facility.
2. Cigarette butts are litter and should be disposed of properly. Do not throw butts on the ground anywhere in the park.
Fire Rings/Grills
1. Personal use of fire rings is allowed. Do not burn trash or invasive wood.
2. Do not leave fire ring or grill unattended.
3. Fire rings are available for rent (not available at this time)
4. Fire wood is for sale at the park office (not available at this time)
5. The community grill area is located behind the park office. Do not leave unattended. Please leave clean and tidy. Remove ashes and put in the bucket to cool before you leave.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The surcharge for an online reservation is nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to a minimum $15.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within one (1) day of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty up to one (1) days reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check in is considered to be 3:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date.
Storms and Emergencies
It is highly encouraged to download an app that alerts you in case of inclement weather. Our local news outlet is 13WMAZ. In the event you need to seek shelter, you are welcome to use the laundry room or the bathroom located at the park office.
Byron RV Park and Storage reserves the right to make changes to Rules and Policies as needed.
