Refund Policy

Refunds are based on the length of stay and the timing of cancellation. For stays of one (1) month or longer, cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival are subject to a $400 cancellation fee; cancellations within 45 days of arrival forfeit the full deposit. For stays of less than one (1) month, cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee; cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows forfeit the full deposit. All cancellation fees are non-refundable and based on the scheduled arrival date. The Resort reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
