Guest Terms & Conditions
By reserving a site or staying at Cabinet Mountain RV Park, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by themselves, their children, visitors, or pets.
Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Cabinet Mountain RV Park, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from their occupancy or use of the property.
Cabinet Mountain RV Park is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, theft, loss, damage to personal property, vehicles, RVs, trailers, or belongings due to any cause, including weather, fire, falling trees, wildlife, or acts of other guests.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, terminate a stay, or require immediate departure of any guest for violation of park rules, unsafe behavior, excessive disturbances, illegal activity, property damage, or conduct deemed detrimental to the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests. No refunds will be issued for rule violations resulting in removal.
CHECK-IN AND OCCUPANCY
All guests and visitors must register and check-in online unless prior arrangements have been approved by management. There is no camp host on site. (If you have any issues please call or text 208-661-2880 or 406-334-1199)
The total number of guests occupying a site may not exceed the maximum occupancy established for that site.
RV REQUIREMENTS
All motorhomes, RVs, fifth wheels, and travel trailers must be in good working condition and present a clean, well-maintained appearance.
RVs older than 2010 are required to have prior approval from staff (newer RVs do not need prior approval). For the quickest response please text a photo of the entire RVing setup to 208-661-2880 for approval or email to cabinetmtrvpark@gmail.com
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any RV or vehicle deemed unsafe, unsightly, excessively damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for the park.
SITE RULES
Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted.
Tents, inflatable mattresses, sleeping bags, cots, or other outdoor sleeping accommodations are prohibited outside of RVs.
Maintenance, repair work, oil changes, or mechanical work on RVs or vehicles is prohibited.
Washing RVs, vehicles, trailers, or equipment on park property is prohibited unless specifically authorized by management.
The use of paint products, hazardous chemicals, or similar materials is prohibited.
Clotheslines are not permitted.
Guests may not hang items from trees, utility pedestals, fences, or park structures.
Sites must be maintained in a neat, clean, and orderly condition throughout the stay.
TRASH AND CLEANLINESS
All trash must be placed in designated enclosed trash receptacles.
Trash may not be left outside overnight or stored on sites.
Guests are responsible for keeping their site free of litter and debris.
PETS AND CHILDREN
Pets are welcome, however they must be in the dog park, supervised, under control, and cleaned up after at all times.
Pet pens/cages/kennels/etc. are not allowed.
Guests shall not chain or tie dogs to trees or other park objects.
We do not allow excessive barking. So if your dog is a barker, bark collars are required.
Aggressive pets are not permitted.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and pets while on the property.
By making a reservation or occupying a site, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
14 or more days notice - refund applicable, minus 10% cancellation fee
0-13 days notice - no refund
No refunds for early departures, no shows, shortened stays, weather conditions, road closures, or other travel interruptions
