Right off the highway and very convenient for an overnight stay. Grounds well maintained, nice gravel sites, and store/activities on the weekends. The main negative were the bathroom facilities. They were unfortunately in great need of repair. Men’s bathroom entrance had no working lock, missing shower floor drain cover, walls, stalls in need of repairs and replacements. Women’s bathroom had a code thankfully but showers had only curtains which were awful. Showers were nasty, had a drain cover but was not secure and would slide exposing the drain. Park was pretty empty and could utilize the time to work on these facilities. Once fixed it would be very pleasant overall.

Spacious campsites, easy hookup and helpful staff (helped air up my trailer tires before leaving). Not my first time here. But the first time I stayed more than one night. There's much to discover in the area.

This place is amazing. One of the few that sites are spaced out so well. Lots of sspace for bringing golf cart to ride. Lots of trees. Very clean, friendly staff, and great events and music.

We were staying one night on our way through the area. Apparently the park office is closed the week of Christmas. When we arrived the office was closed and no after hours info was left for us. We had to call the after hours number to get our site number and directions to the site. The park has quite a few large mud holes which we tried to avoid. We were unable to locate a trash can to throw away a dog poop bag.

This park is very clean and friendly. Full hookups with a concert slab, table and fire pit, plus level parking. It only has a one washing/drying machine set, but it’s free to campers. If you like a social scene, it’s perfect. Weekends usually have (so I understand) a band, music and some sort of cooking going. There was music and a chili cook off the weekend I was there. It took me a while to figure out what to do with my trash, but it turns out they pick it up at your site each day. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely one of our favorite places to camp! We love the mature trees, spacious sites and the family friendly atmosphere. Saturday nights at the pavilion with live music are the best!
