Calling Lake Municipal Campground — Reviews

Since it was late in the season, the camp ground was very quiet and we enjoyed that. I do wish they would install water on the camp sites or at least in some of the sites.

Very clean and well maintained sites. Garbage picked up regularly. Roads in good condition. Grass cut and very friendly staff.

I HAD BOOKED STALL #2 IT IS WAY TOO NARROW TO PUT A 32FOOT TRAILER PLUS A PICKUP IN. OTHER THAN THAT ALL WAS GOOD. I KNOW NOT TO BOOK # 2 AGAIN LOL. THANK YOU, CARLOS IVES

Clean washrooms, level sites and great fishing !

The camp site was very clean when we got there The price of the firewood was very reasonable The washrooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly I can’t wait to return Thanks

Super quiet and great fishing right off the docks at the boat launch.

Campsites and all facilities were clean and well taken care of.

We've been camping in calling lake for a while now and it seems there is the same issue all the time. the washrooms are not cleaned every day. the first few days with fewer people were great but then the weekend came and more people, more mess. also, wish the internet signal is stronger and wish there is a SHOWER too :) and btw- how about a coin laundry? I've seen and talked to some campers staying so long in calling lake and having a hard time doing their laundry. is there a coin laundry somewhere around the site? having these amenities will make calling lake the best campground :)

We loved the large very private sites with lots of trees. The boat launch was in great shape and also had two large docks for shore-fishing. The site was quite busy with lots of boaters on the long weekend, but even so it was quiet at night in the campground. We will definitely be back

Clean campsite and staff do good job on keeping it this way

Good campsites. Good boat launch. Good fishing. Improvements that would improve the ranking include potable water in both camping loops (maybe some more hiking trails but I'm not sure the size and terrain of the park is conducive to more).

Clean, well maintained, very private sites, not busy during the week. Perfect!
