 Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. 

Entrance into the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Camp A Way, to photograph any visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without any compensation to the visitor. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities - such as swimming, and jumping pillow at Camp A Way, or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions or of acts of mother nature, or COVID19 related illness and agrees that the said camping resort and it's owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from such causes. I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty and the facility is a swim at your own risk at the pool and zoom flume. I also understand that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at these locations. 

Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee and receive a parking pass. Day visitors must depart nightly by 10:00 pm. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.

Reservation Policy: All reservations require full payment at time of booking. Special or promotional offers are only valid on non-holiday or special event weekends and connot be combined with any other offers.

BYO Golf Cart: I understand that I am responsible for any damages to property and/or injuries that occur to one’s self or a third party, due to the use of the golf carto on the property of Camp A Way. I understand to stay on designated roads. Please note that Camp A Way is private property, anyone operating a golf cart must be atleast 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Online Booking Fee: If you booked online and need to cancel your reservation, your booking fee is not able to be refunded.

Campground Month-to-Month Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement Term: This is a month-to-month agreement that renews automatically unless terminated by either party.

  2. Payment: $150 deposit is required to hold spot and is non-refundable if you cancel or don't show. First month is due time of check in

  3. Late payments incur a fee of $50 after a 5-day grace period. $40.00 fee for all returned checks.

  4. Occupancy: Only registered guests and their listed occupants may stay on the site. Subletting is not permitted.

  5. Site Maintenance: Guests must keep their site clean and free of trash. No permanent structures, flags, decor or alterations may be made.

  6. Utilities: .12/kw for monthly customers

  7. Noise and Conduct: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8AM. Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or harassment of others will result in immediate termination of this agreement.

  8. Pets: Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Pets are not allowed to be left outside tied up. 

  9. Liability: The campground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.

  10. Termination: The campground reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for violations of rules or other just cause.

Compliance: Guests agree to follow all posted campground rules in addition to these terms.

BY SIGNING THIS I AGREE TO READ AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS LISTED ON THE SITE MAP, BROCHURE, WEBSITE, AND/OR POSTED ON THE PROPERTY.
