This camp was amazing! The stay was so peaceful. River was warm and beautiful. I will be back next week to enjoy another stay. Highly recommend for a weekend of decompressing.

I enjoy camping for the reason of being away from society. However my stay at this site wasn’t enjoyable. I showed up at 3 pm on a Friday and a group already had set up camp on sites 3-5. Must’ve been at least 14 people and at 8 dogs. The tents were already staked in the ground and in comfort zone. The group’s dogs constantly barked and their dogs fight. They stayed till 12 am and the worst part was there generator they ran all night long. I asked them to turn it off but they didn’t. I wasn’t going to fight them so I called the staff. Interesting enough I was able to speak to someone at 12:30 am. Although, I was transferred 3x before leaving a message. As for the scenery - beautiful area. It defensively used to have water at a higher level long ago. The trees are gorgeous too. At night I watched the water level rise in the river. It rose enough to hide the rock bed. After breakfast and an exploration trip on the river we left. I paid for two night and didn’t want to stay there any longer.
