Cancellation Policies

• Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of weather or nature. Please enjoy your stay!
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departure.
• No-shows and cancellations made on the day of arrival are responsible to PAY IN FULL for all reserved nights/sites.
• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
• There are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• For cancellations received less than 30 days you will receive 75% refund and full refund if cancelled > 31 days in advance.
