Cancellation Policy

We at Camp Krenari realize all to well that plans change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your reservation. If a simple change to the dates of arrival or departure are needed please call the office between 9am and 9pm CST, and speak with a front desk agent. To avoid cancellation charges, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy:

Reservation refunds will be issued according to the following:

• More than 7 days prior to arrival will recieve 100% refund less a $5 processing fee.
• 3-7 days prior to arrival will recieve a 50% refund.
• 1-3 days prior to arrival will recieve a 25% refund.
• Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival and reservations labeled as 'No Show' will not be elligable for a refund.
