Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

a. The cancellation policy is outlined during the booking process and must be adhered to.

b. Cancellation: 14 Days or more =$15 Cancellation Fee, Less than 14 days = Forfeit of one

night rental equivalent.

c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on Holiday stays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

d. No refunds will be issued for early check out or early departures.

e. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
