Refund Policy

We apply these policies consistently to all reservations. In order to treat everyone equally, we do not make exceptions to this policy if you experience an unforeseen reason for not visiting (e.g. weather, smoke, illness, breakdowns etc.)

We know that plans can go astray. However, we rely on advance reservations and cancellations cannot always be filled.  So, to be fair to all concerned, our policy is as follows:

Holiday, events, and lock site fees are non-refundable, no matter when canceled.

Short-Stay RV Sites and Cabin Rentals (less than 28 days)

0-3 days prior to arrival: No REFUND. No exceptions!

4-7 days prior to arrival: 50% REFUND.

8+ days prior: 100% refund less $25 cancel fee.

$100 lock site fee is NEVER refundable.

Extended-Stay RV Sites and Cabin Rentals (weekly greater than 28 days)

0-14 days prior to arrival: 50% REFUND.

15+ days prior: 75% REFUND.

$100 lock site fee is NEVER refundable.

Monthly Stays (3mo +)

No REFUND. No exceptions!

Changes must follow Cancelation Policy. This includes moving a reservation to a future date or removing days from a reservation.

Completion of the booking process implies your acceptance of all terms and conditions, including campground rules and cancellation policies.

Customers who don’t call and don’t show up for their RV site or Cabin will have their reservation cancelled with NO REFUND.

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather, events, or holidays.
