Guest Agreement & Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Cardinal RV Parks. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, quiet, safe, and enjoyable

place to stay. These policies are designed to ensure all guests can enjoy their visit while respecting their neighbors and our

property. Because every situation cannot be anticipated, Cardinal RV Parks reserves the right to modify these policies as

necessary. Management also reserves the right to interpret and enforce these policies in the best interest of the park and its

guests.

By registering, occupying a site, or remaining on park property, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Registration, Check-in & Check-out

Office Hours:

 Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 Closed Saturdays and Sundays

Check-In: 1:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Registration and payment are required immediately upon arrival or at the time of online booking.

Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard

Checks should be made payable to Cardinal RV Parks LLC.

Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification during registration.

Guests staying longer than 30 days are required to complete a background screening before occupancy.

All recreational vehicles must be self-contained, clean, and maintained in good condition. RVs more than twelve (12)

years old require prior management approval.

For your protection, the use of surge protectors and water pressure regulators is strongly recommended. Cardinal RV

Parks is not responsible for damage resulting from electrical fluctuations or water pressure.

Monthly guests must notify management before departure and pay all outstanding utility charges before checking out.

Rates & Payments

Site rates include occupancy for up to four (4) people, one RV, and one or two vehicles depending on the site.

Maximum occupancy is six (6) people and two (2) vehicles per site.

Daily and weekly reservations include electricity.

Monthly guests are billed separately for electricity at the current rate of $0.15 per kilowatt-hour, which will

automatically be charged to the payment method on file.

Recurring monthly reservations are automatically billed on the monthly due date.

Payments not received within three (3) days of the due date will incur a late fee of $10 per day.

Guests checking out before the end of a monthly reservation may have their stay recalculated using applicable weekly and

daily rates.

Theft of Services

Under Texas Penal Code §31.04, any guest who intentionally departs without paying for campsite services or refuses

payment when due may be subject to criminal prosecution. Cardinal RV Parks reserves the right to pursue all legal

remedies available.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

There are no refunds for:

 Early departures

 Rule violations resulting in eviction

 Site lock fees

 Booking fees

Daily & Weekly Reservations

 Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival are subject to a $40 cancellation fee plus any site lock

fees.

 Cancellations made fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days before arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee plus

applicable site lock fees.

Monthly Reservations

 Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of arrival are subject to a $100 cancellation fee plus applicable site lock

fees.

 Cancellations fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee plus applicable site

lock fees.

RV Site Standards

Guests are expected to maintain a clean, neat, and attractive campsite.

The following are prohibited unless approved by management:

 Clotheslines

 Storage of appliances outdoors

 Tents

 Pet fencing

 Unsightly outdoor storage

All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside designated dumpsters.

Please use proper sewer connections, including rubber donuts or threaded fittings, where applicable.

Protect your water, sewer, and electrical connections from damage. Cardinal RV Parks is not responsible for damage to

guest-owned equipment.

Vehicles must remain completely within the boundaries of your assigned site.

Open campfires are prohibited due to local regulations. Charcoal, propane, and electric grills are permitted.

Water conservation is required year-round. Washing RVs is permitted only with prior management approval.

Subleasing or transferring your campsite is prohibited.

Visitors & Children

Visitors must register with the office and comply with all park policies.

Registered guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of all visitors.

Children under fourteen (14) years of age must be always supervised by a responsible adult.

Pet Policy

Up to two (2) dogs are permitted per site.

Pets must:

 Remain on a leash at all times outside your RV.

 Never be left unattended outside.

 Not be tied outside.

 Be cleaned up after immediately.

Portable pet fencing is prohibited.

Dogs may be off leash only within designated fenced dog parks and must remain under owner’s supervision.

Aggressive breeds are prohibited, including the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, German Shepherds, Akitas, and wolf hybrids.

All pets must be current on vaccinations.

Pets are not allowed inside park buildings.

Failure to comply with pet policies may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.

Alcohol, Smoking & Firearms

Smoking is prohibited inside all park buildings.

Please dispose of cigarette butts in proper receptacles.

Fireworks and the discharge of firearms are prohibited.

Guests possessing firearms must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Alcohol is prohibited in common areas unless specifically authorized by management.

Criminal activity or illegal drug use will not be tolerated.

Maximum Speed:

10 MPH

Vehicle repairs and washing are prohibited without management approval.

Cardinal RV Parks is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen mail or packages.

Guest Conduct

To ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful stay, the following behaviors are prohibited:

 Profane, abusive, or threatening language

 Harassment of guests or staff

 Disorderly conduct

 Illegal activity

 Conduct that interferes with another guest's enjoyment of the property

Solicitation is prohibited.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage they or their visitors cause to park property, including utilities,

landscaping, buildings, equipment, or other improvements.

Liability

Guests use Cardinal RV Parks and all facilities entirely at their own risk.

Cardinal RV Parks, its owners, management, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for theft, vandalism, fire,

weather events, utility interruptions, accidents, personal injury, loss of life, or damage to personal property, except where

prohibited by applicable law.

Guests are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles, RVs, and personal belongings.

Management Rights

Cardinal RV Parks reserves the right to refuse service, deny occupancy, terminate reservations, or require immediate

departure of any guest who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in disruptive or unlawful conduct, or creates a

safety concern for other guests or staff.

Removal for rule violations may occur without refund.
