Cancellation Policy for RV Sites & Bungalow Rental

  • Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are charged a $45 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, including on the day of arrival, are non-refundable. The full reservation amount is due and collected.

  • Cancellations after arrival are non-refundable. Early check-out yields no refund for unused nights.

  • NO SHOW: If no action is taken to change or cancel the reservation and the guest does not arrive, the full amount is due and collected, and the site will be released.

Change Policy

• A reservation can be changed or moved once to a date within 90 days. New dates must be provided at the time of request. Future credits or indefinite holds are not available.
