The cabin was as described. The staff and other campers were very nice. The remodeled bathrooms were nice and clean.

The showers and bath house was very clean. Campground is very close to the falls for an easy, early morning arrival. The camp host was very friendly. Highly recommend site 29 - easy hop down to the river to cool off and splash.

It was closed and impossible to join anybody. I didn't stay there finally. I asked for a refund but it was refused. Moreover a message left on the voicemail of telephone or on the company website will be so much better. But I understand that the storm caused a lot of damage and that you need to have a good plan for those situations.

This is the 2nd time I've booked. First was in a tent, this time with my camper. It was so nice to come back to a dry camper with electricity after we got caught in a downpour from the falls. The site was perfect, a great place on the river to read a book. I'm going to make this campground my go-to when in the Asheville area. It's right before the 6% grade on 40, so I explore the area w/o hauling my rig up and down that incline.

We loved our stay here. Everyone was so friendly and laid back, it made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our kids had a blast playing on the playground, we could have spent all day just playing there. The creek was beautiful! Bathrooms were very clean. The spots are a little tight if you have a bigger rig, but still doable. We will definitely stay here again if we come back through the area.

Impossible to us full service waste tank. Higher than trailer outlet. Would not pay that price again for full service hook up.
