Terms & Conditions

Please help us keep the park nice for everyone to enjoy by following these terms and conditions:

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in 1:00 pm and Check out 11:00 am

QUIET HOURS - 10:00 pm – 7:00 am

SPEED LIMIT – 5 mph

MAIL / DELIVERIES – Mail and packages delivered to cabin

PARKING – Parking is not permitted in grass, road or empty sites or you may be towed. Additional guest parking is available at the cabin

TRASH – No trash containers at RV site. Use dumpster for trash to help keep bugs/critters away from sites

FIRES – Ground fires not permitted. Must be above ground with screen covers or in picnic area. No burning wood during burn ban

SEWER - Sewer must be secured at all times. No pvc / hard dump lines

OUTSIDE ITEMS ALLOWED - Chairs, grill, RV mat, plants (5 maximum due to water conservation), solar lights on ground at pad only. No electric lights can be added other than RV lights unless approved by management. No items in grass. Any items in grass will need to be permanently relocated for ease of lawn maintenance. No utility trailers, decks, shade canopies, laundry lines, storage containers, sheds, refrigerators. Under RV must be completely open with no items stored under RV to allow for pad maintenance.

RV CONDITION – No window a/c units, tarps. No RV skirting allowed.

CHILDREN – Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult present with them at all times

PETS – Dogs on hand held leash only unless in the dog park and cannot be left outside unattended. No outside pens, crates, tie lines or continuous barking, howling or aggressive dogs

TREES – Nothing tied, nailed, hung from trees unless approved. No trimming trees or branches

FIREWORKS / DRUGS / GUNS – Fireworks, drug use, shooting weapons are not permitted at any time

NOISE – No power tools, loud work disturbances or vehicle maintenance/mechanic work unless otherwise approved

VEHICLES – 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles may park at cabin

LAUNDRY / BATH – Available 24 hours in cabin. Laundry may be removed in left in machine. Please set a timer

PEDESTALS – No locks permitted on electric pedestal or tampering with electric devices

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS AND RENT – Includes 2 adults and children under 18 and 2 vehicles. Additional adults are $100 per month per adult. Additional vehicles are $50 per month if approved. No subletting RV or RV site. Rent and electricity due first of the month. Late fee of $20 per day added on the fourth day of the month.

REFUNDS – No refunds if you are asked to leave or if you choose to leave early. Cedar Bend RV Park has the legal right to refuse or revoke service under TEXAS PENAL CODE 30.05(A). Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in time will receive a refund minus processing fees. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in time. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your bank.

LIABILITY – Cedar Bend RV Park is not responsible or liable for accidents or injury to person or loss of property including changes in pressure, power surges and events cause by nature including hail and tree damage. A pressure regulator, surge protector and filter is always recommended while traveling

DEFAULT – Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in 24 hour notice to correct and fines of $25 per day thereafter until corrected and notice may be given to leave the park if not resolved.

Swimming Pool Rules, Waiver and Release of Liability Form

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

By swimming in the pool, I recognize and fully understand the POOL RULES:

- No Diving. No jumping off edge of pools
- Pool Depth 3 1/2 feet
- No Running
- No Food in Pools
- No Glass
- No Rough Play
- No lifeguard on duty
- No children under 18 allowed without adult supervision
- Swim at your own risk
- Pools close at 10PM

I understand and accept the following risks and do not hold Owners liable for risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment. Risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area or in the pool. Risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.

I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.

In exchange for allowing me to utilize the pool and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:

1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the property owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives relating to my use of the pool and pool area

2. TO RELEASE THE PROPERTY OWNER from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer in connection with my use of the pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE PROPERTY OWNER

3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE PROPERTY OWNER from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area

4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property

5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my company and my estate.

I have read and understood this document. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the property owner.
