Cedar Point Campground — Reviews

Great time this weekend, we stayed in lot 21 waterfront! It did not disappoint. The camp staff were amazing as always! They went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it. Thank y'all for another great visit.

3rd time here this year, and will be back in October. Always a great experience, and our favorite campground to visit 🙂

The camp site was ok had to add blocks to make site level. The main problem was the women bathroom was a mess and it didn’t get cleaned up while we were there according to my wife did not go in there looked like an animal had potted on the floor and was walked on and all over the restroom. But the view was very nice

This is my happy place! Large sites, clean campground, friendly staff. The lake view cannot be beat.

This place is amazing. Everyone of the campsites are pull through. I was on the water I loved just setting and watching the boats and people. It was very quite place to be. I was there on 06-28th 2024 - 06-30 I was right next to the beach and it was nice. Did some fishing out behind to the boat area.

Great staff. Rained but they didn’t do a dance to make that happen! 😎 I hope they dump Sensible Weather as a vendor partner. They completely refused to pay the benefit I bought to insure part of my fee against rain. Of course it was a deluge on 6/1/24. Cedar Point? Awesome. Sensible Weather company? Crooks. We will return to Cedar Point and their really nice location and folks. I encourage anyone and everyone to never buy the Sensible Weather “benefit”. I encourage the campground to disassociate from their service.

It was a lovely area with friendly and helpful staff. The downside was there were no ‘restrictions’ as we were kept awake most of the night as fellow campers were having parties on the lake and unloading/ loading their boats in the middle of the night. The party didn’t stop until 4am when they decided to pack up and leave the campsite - after making further disturbances loading their boats back onto their trailers. Also the washrooms / showers could do with a clean / revamp. This aside it was a lovely campsite.

The views were amazing. I would give it a five star if the lots were more level. We had to use two sets of leveling blocks and I damn near broke my neck trying to come down the stairs. It was jacked up pretty high in the air.

The campground is absolutely incredible. My only feedback is that the sites are quite sloped. I would definitely return. Next time I’m 100% getting a lake front spot.
