Refund Policy

Summer Months

If cancellation is made 45 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will

incur a $25 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest

will receive a 50% refund.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive no refund. 

Winter Months

If cancellation is made 14 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will

incur a $25 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made 7 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest

will receive a 50% refund.

If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive no refund.
