Great campsite, outhouses were super clean, campsite was a great location. Only negative is that we never met the host and never figured out how to buy wood for campfire. Other people camping were lovely and friendly.

Really nice place to stay. Owner are very welcoming and helpfull. It was our 2 first night ever in a RV and the spot was perfect. We were on site 14 and we had a room with a view.

This spot would be great for RV campers, but not so great for tents. There is no shade cover from trees so you without some kind of sun shade you'll toast in the summer. It is very very quiet and seems to be many return RV campers/long stay people who complain about everything to the managers. Dog friendly but there's a pet fee that isn't mentioned on Campspot that you need to pay extra to the managers directly apparently. No garbage on site for camper use. The Portable washrooms were very messy.

Small site, no shade, River seemed unsafe for kids to be near. This is probably a better fit for a fisher, not a family.

The Fraser River was right in front of our campsite. The views were so amazing we sat hours just watching the river flow. Sites could be bigger.

Out stay at Cheam this past Victoria Day long weekend was excellent. Noel is a super camp host. Lots of well placed portable outhouses to accommodate the sold out campground. We will be back in September.
