By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Chief Mountain Cabins for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Chief Mountain Cabins from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Chief Mountain Cabins may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Chief Mountain Cabins reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

QUIET HOURS: We are all here to have fun and respect our neighbours. Music must be played low to mid at all times and turned off at 11pm. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Screaming and music will not be tolerated after 11pm!

PET POLICY: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. 

WASHROOMS: Please be respectful and clean up after you, leave the toilet as you found it (a brush is provided). DO NOT throw tampons, period pads, paper towel in the toilet, a garbage bin is provided. Please do not put water everywhere.

THE WATER IN THE WASHROOMS IS NOT DRINKABLE.

FIRES: fires must be kept in the pits provided and attended by an adult at all times. EXTINGUISH WITH WATER. Do not leave smouldering unattended at night.

NO FIRE if a fire ban is in effect, or if the wind exceeds 25km/h (15 miles/h). Please refer you to the wooden board at the campground entrance, or https://www.albertafirebans.ca

FIREPITS: Under no circumstances are the firepits (UNCLUDING THE ROCKS AROUND) to be moved from their original position, should they be moved you WILL be charged a $100.00 fine to the credit card on file! Anyone who moves a fire pit and burns within it agrees to Chief Mountain Cabins charging their credit card on file with the $100.00 fine and may not dispute the charge! 

 

SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit on entrance road is 10 km/hr and inside the campground is 10 km/hr.

CHILDREN: Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

SMOKERS: Please extinguish cigarettes and put in ashtrays or fire pits. DO NOT throw butts on the ground. NO SMOKING in washrooms. If multiple cigarette butts are found on the ground in your site or around the firepit you will be charged a $100.00 fine to the credit card on file!

ALCHOHOL: Must remain in your site at all times.

DAMAGE: Damage caused by carelessness shall be paid in full by the person responsible for such damage. Cutting of trees/shrubs or vegetation is strictly prohibited, you WILL be charged a $100.00 fine. 

DO NOT DUMP GREY WATER ON THE GROUND OR YOU WILL FACE FINES AND CLEANUP COSTS.

GARBAGE: Please take your garbage with you when you leave the facility. Do not put garbage in the fire pits or leave it at your site, cleanup charges will result. Please do not throw sunflower seeds on the ground or cleanup charges will result. If we have to clean up sunflower seeds on the ground, clean garbage out of the firepit or cleanup garbage from the site you will be charged a $100.00 fine! Please leave your site as you found it when you arrived!

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will receive a campground credit to use at another date during the camping season. If the credit is not used by the end of the original booking season it shall be forfeited. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  
Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Chief Mountain Cabins or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
