Had a fabulous visit at Chincoteague Bay RV resort. Our first time visiting and we will for sure be back! Everything from the spectacular views, the amenities, the gorgeous sunsets, the visits from the dolphins made it that much more special! See you again soon!

Beautiful & clean place. Great accommodation. Pet friendly. Would give 5 star if the AC unit in the living room was working, though it did not bother us because it was cool out. Nevertheless, our stay was so much fun. Will definitely come back.

Overall the staff was friendly and my stay was enjoyable. I was not pleased to learn that I would need to pay for a car tag for my second vehicle. I have a party of six and bringing everyone and the dog in my truck therefore we bring the minivan as well. $10/day for the duration of my stay for the extra vehicle was an unexpected expense that usually is either clearly stated beforehand or isn’t a charge at all. As a matter of fact I left Chincoteague Bay RV resort for Sun Outdoors Frontier Town and there was no changer for my second vehicle. The sites are decent sized but with no taller vegetation between the sites the sites seem crammed in together. The park is beautifully maintained and the boardwalk promenade is definitely a highlight. The lack of a basketball court or daily activities for the kiddos, especially on the weekend was odd for a family resort. My only other complaint is the hours of the Welcome center, on the weekend, 9 or 10PM is usually the norm for closing time not 8PM. We overall enjoyed the stay, just some things, in my opinion, could use some work.

Resort was nice. Wouldn’t call it “luxury” though. Not a lot of places to walk the dogs. Food truck was a nice addition

We stayed in a water view cabin with a sundeck, it was so enjoyable! All of the essentials are provided, just bring your beach towels and food. My son had a great time fishing off of the pier. Very clean, very friendly. Service oriented to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very welcoming. The facility was immaculate. The only negative was the placement of a lamppost, that never lighted anything, while trying to back in. Frankly, I was glad it didn't light or it would have been too much light in our campsite.

The campground was clean, personnel were very nice, views, views, views! Wish there were more activities sponsored by the resort, but we had a great time speaking with fellow campers and seeing the area.

Facility was clean and we camper's were well cared for with entertainment in the form of bands at the pool and pavillion.
