Have this whole 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a patio for to take in the breathtaking views of Mesa Verde and the Ute Mountain. Grill to your hearts content or have a campfire right outside your door. Equipped with everything you need for your home away from home, without giving up comfort at our campground.
Private Loft apartment (650sq ft) is a studio apartment with short ceilings at the edges of spaces and tall in the middle. May not be suitable for people over 6f tall. Has dishes, cookware, linens and cleaning supplies. Has a double xl bed, double bed and futon that flattens to a queen. Has a shower, bathroom, stove, garbage, disposal, dishwasher, microwave. Has great views of Mesa Verde and the Ute Mountain outside the window.
Sites 1-7 are all pull-thru sites with great views of Mesa Verde. Sites 1 & 2 are about 40 feet long and don't have any trees. Sites 3-7 have trees and are about 75 feet long. All sites are full hook-up and have a lot of space between other RV's. All have picnic tables and fire rings.
This is a private room in the campground clubhouse. It has shared restrooms just a few steps away in the hall and shared kitchen equipped with a stove top. The patio area pictured is shared with one other room. The bed is a 14 inch deep double XL.
Site H hookups (water and electric) are at the back of the van pictured and sewer is on the drivers side. Site H will get full sun and is facing south. Site I hookups (water, electric and water) are the left of the bush partially pictured. Site I2 hookups are to the right of the pop of the pop up camper by the fenceline. Must have an adapter for 20 amp (50 to 20). Tiny home is for demonstration only. This is a picture of site 9 when we had a tiny home there. Site 9 is out in the open with great views. The site is wide and short. Vehicle can be parked on the side of site or next to site in a parking area.
