It was great besides the mist, fog and cold. Would definitely visit again if warmer.

The campsite and facilities were clean and well cared for. We were happy how central the campsite was, but still far enough away to fell like we were really in the wilderness. Taking day trips to the surrounding areas were easy, and there was enough to do around the site that we could also spend the full day there.

We have been coming here for over 30 years. Always a great place to come. Wild and beautiful with so much life and so many nice people to meet and visit with. The cabins are fully stocked and right on the beach, very comfortable. They have laundry facilities if you stay awhile!

Right on the beach. Our campsite #126 was quite private. We are self contained but used the washrooms occasionally - not sure that there was a cleaning routine. By the end of our stay we opted to wait to shower until we got home. (Only three hours away)

We enjoy our regular visits to Cluxewe and the north island. We hope that the new water system is installation goes well and meets the campground's needs. If there was one area that needs attention, it's maintenance. Tissue that was one the floor.in the bathroom at the beginning of our stay was still there at the end. Firepits were often full of debris and not cleaned between rentals. We were also surprised at the discrepancy between the website and reality when booking. A full campsite with no vacancies wasn't accurate. About 20% of the site.was.available our whole time there. Wr'll probably be back as we enjoy the north island and meeting people there.

We always have a wonderful time. See you next year, God willing.

Our site didn’t look maintained before our arrival, the men’s washrooms had a bad smell and the fact that there is no drinking water is a huge disadvantage as you need to town to get water. The area where the campsite is located is beautiful but it needs a better care.

Loved the updates in the cabins, very clean and staff was friendly.

The campground location is wonderfull in case you get an oceanview site. Maintenance was moderate ( dirty/ out of order) and needs improvement. We had a dixie in front of our campsie 😬Too many ( barking) dogs on the campsite. The restaurant was closed: this was not mentioned on the infirmation we had received.

The location is beautiful and could be a real gem if the facilities were better maintained. Washrooms were in dire need of a thorough cleaning and the grounds could use some care.

Weather was incredible this year. Good time spent with good friends.

breathtaking spot in Kwakuital territory, lots of jumping fish and nice people people so kind they gave us a salmon weather cooperated after the first day of torrential rain (no fear of forest fire here) was beautiful and sunny, not too warm or cold just right

Our site was clean. The staff was very helpful. We have been going to Cluxewe Resort for about four years and have never had one complaint.⁰
