Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• You must provide 14 days advance notice in order to receive a refund for your reservation. In this case, we are able to refund your full deposit minus a $10 service fee. In cases where a reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, no refund can be offered. We do not offer refunds or transfers for weather related cancellations or early departures.

• User credit issued for cancellations or other adjustments must be used within the current camping season or the following camping season. Any unused credit will expire after this period. User credit is non-transferable and can only be applied toward camping reservations. It has no cash value and cannot be used for other purchases or services.
