RV SITE AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS (AKA our “GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY”)

Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi welcomes you! Our “Good Neighbor” policies below ensure you will enjoy your visit, and by making a reservation with us you agree to ALL of these policy terms.

To ensure you and all guests will enjoy a great stay, we reserve the right to remove any guest without a refund for violating these terms and conditions. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY! Further, this Agreement does NOT constitute a landlord/tenant agreement; payment for Sites is purely for services rendered by us.

SECTION 1: TERMS THAT APPLY TO ALL GUESTS

SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH (NO EXCEPTIONS). The park speed limit is 5 MPH at ALL TIMES and is monitored by camera. This is to keep you, children, and pets safe. Safety is our number one priority. Exceeding this speed limit and/or reckless driving WILL result in fines being assessed. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave.
9PM–8AM IS QUIET TIME – Anyone playing loud music or causing loud commotion between 9pm–8am will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
RESPECT FOR ALL GUESTS & STAFF / NO DISTURBANCES – Please be courteous and respect all guests and our park staff at all times – our park is meant to be a quiet, safe, enjoyable experience for everyone onsite. ANY disrespect, altercations, or disturbances will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. If STAFF must call law enforcement to intervene in any disturbance that is disrupting peaceful operations, the person(s) causing the disturbance may be REQUIRED to leave the park IMMEDIATELY.
2PM CHECK IN, 11AM CHECK OUT - Check-in begins at 2pm CT, and check out is at 11am CT the next day. Early check-in is subject to availability. If you will arrive in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens, as we do not have an RV waiting area. Late check-ins are allowed, please contact us for instructions. You do not need to contact the office to check out, unless you need to pay for after-hours check in.
NO UNAPPROVED SITE CHANGES - You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, check with the office before moving sites. Due to other reservations and site maintenance, moving may not be possible.
VEHICLES – Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Golf Carts are welcome and may be used to traverse paved areas of the resort. ATV’s, dirt bikes, and loud motorcycles may NOT be used within the park, as many residents sleep during the day for shift work.
PARKING (PAVED AREAS ONLY) - Parking on grass is prohibited; ruts in your site from parking on grass will result in damage charges. Do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site; using more than one site will result in additional charges. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to tow. Extra vehicles can park only in the areas allowed by our office staff. Trailers, boats, and other vehicles will cost additional fees. Do not park in shared areas, i.e., the middle of the road, blocking amenity entrances, etc.
GUESTS/VISITORS - All visitors must park in the rec building area. Do not park on the grass or in areas of general access. The paying guest is responsible and liable for all actions and safety of their visitors. We reserve the right to remove any visitors for any reason.
PET POLICIES –
1. YOU ARE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi and its managers and employees from all losses, claims, expenses, damages, and demands, including attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Losses”), that Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi may incur arising out of or in connection with your pet.
2. The following dog breeds are not allowed, please notify us immediately if your dog is fully or partially of this breed: Affenpinscher Akita Chow Chow Doberman Pinscher Bulldog Mastiff (English or French) German Shepard (including German Shepard mixes) Pit Bull Rottweiler Staffordshire Terrier Dalmatian Presa Canario Boxer Huskies Alaskan Malamute
3. Pets CANNOT be left unattended AT ANY TIME and MUST ALWAYS be on a leash (including cats). This helps everyone and their pets stay safe.
4. You MUST carry bags to ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. Don’t let your pet use the bathroom on any other site. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
5. Pets are NOT allowed in any park buildings or pool areas.
6. DO NOT walk your pet on anyone else’s SITE.
7. Pets CANNOT be tethered to any object outside—i.e., trees, doors, posts, hitches, etc—and no pet cages or housing may be outside.
8. Barking that disturbs neighbors is not tolerated; excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
9. All pets must be current on vaccinations.
10. You agree to leave upon 3 days’ notice if requested by our park staff due to the behavior of your pet (the park staff shall have full discretion in requesting departure).
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICAITON – MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS are NOT responsible for LOSS, THEFT or DAMAGE to personal property or injury to persons or pets. By making this reservation, you hereby WAIVE, RELASE and DISCHARGE, and AGREE NOT TO SUE Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi, its management, and/or its employees, for any and all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, property loss, and/or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your stay at our property, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi from all losses, claims, expenses, and demands, including attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Losses”), that Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi may incur arising out of or in connection with your stay at our property. You further agree to be fully responsible and liable for all actions of, and the safety of, any of your guests and invitees on our property.
NO OPEN FIRES (GAS GRILLS ARE OK) - Fires are not allowed in our park. Gas grills are allowed (not charcoal) with caution to your neighbors, but they must be portable and raised off the ground. Quite Time rules apply.
NO SMOKING in the rec building, restrooms, or pool area.
STORAGE - Storage is not allowed under or around your site. Please keep the area clean and presentable for all guests. Our "Good Neighbor" policy allows you to have nice, clean scenery as well.
SITE/RESORT NAVIGATION - Do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads and public paths to walk around the resort. Do not disturb neighbors by going to their home unless you see an emergency.
NO RUGS ON GRASS - Please only use rugs that remain in the concrete area. The rugs will kill the grass, and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.
WASHING YOUR RV – Washing your RV is only permitted with clean or sanitized gray water without any noticeable smell. You may not use soap or chemicals, and you may not use park water. Washing cannot interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of their space or our park, and washing cannot create muddy areas that result in reduced grass coverage or grass growth, or mud being tracked onto paved areas or inside buildings.
ELECTRICAL USE - You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over 30/50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please note your amp usage so you do not trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals, our maintenance team is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
LAUNDRY – Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Additional rules are posted for your use in the laundry area.
RESTROOMS – We kindly ask you to help us keep our restrooms clean. For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are temporary closed for cleaning once per day. Guests under 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers (as well as the pool area).
POOL – NO GLASS CONTAINERS. No lifeguard is on duty. Park staff sets the pool hours. Anyone under 18 must be supervised at all times. Loud music, glass, horseplay, running, and diving are prohibited. Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the pool itself. Children in diapers are not allowed in our pool. Only swimming suits, swimming trunks and little swimmers are permitted in our pool.
TRASH DISPOSAL & RECYCLING - Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in our dumpster. Do not leave your trash on the ground, INCLUDING CIGARETTE BUTTS. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, MATTRESSES, paint, tires or any toxic waste or chemicals in our dumpster. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. Trash is emptied three times a week. The dumpster is located at the front of the park. Please make sure to stop and discard trash prior to exiting the park so that it does not fall in the park or on the roadways.
CHILDREN and MINOR CURFEW - CHILDREN 18 and UNDER MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION. This includes the pool area, recreation room and business center. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
NO CLOTHESLINES - Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.
NO FIREWORKS or FIREARMS - Fireworks and firearms of all types are prohibited in our park. Prohibited fireworks include but are not limited to sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. Prohibited firearms include but are not limited to all guns, including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
REPAIRS - Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
MANAGEMENT MUST APPROVE ALL STEPS, DECKS OR PORCHES. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES UNLESS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. AIR CONDITIONING WINDOW units are NOT ALLOWED.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. This means if you decide to or are asked to leave for ANY violation of these policies, there will be NO REFUNDS OF RENT.
NO DRUGS. The USE, POSSESSION or DISTRIBUTION of RECREATIONAL or ILLEGAL DRUGS will be grounds to terminate your stay immediately.
The following is PROHIBITED: NO ROCK THROWING, NO GENERATORS, NO USING OBSCENE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE, NUISANCE BEHAVIOR, HAZARDOUS CONDUCT, NO SWIMMING IN THE LAKE OR VIOLATING AND/OR BREAKING ANY RV COMMUNITY RULES, LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL LAWS.
FREQUENT MOWING & WEED-WHACKING
1. We normally mow, weed whack, and blow grass clippings on the property weekly, weather permitting.
2. ALL connecting hoses, cables and electrical cords MUST BE on the concrete pad or above ground level to avoid being struck by the weed whacker or mower. We are NOT responsible for these items if they are damaged during lawn maintenance due to being in the grass.
SAFETY & EMERGENCIES
1. Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information to others.
2. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call us 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)
3. If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
WI-FI TERMS OF USE
1. By using our complimentary Wi-Fi service (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to require any guest that fails to comply with these terms to stop use of the Service and/or vacate our resort. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Acceptable Use. The Service is provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it for any activities that are illegal, harmful, or infringe upon the rights of others.
3. User Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with our Service. We do not guarantee that your device will connect successfully.
4. Security. While we strive to provide a secure connection, we do not guarantee that the Service is secure or private. We recommend avoiding the transmission of sensitive information over this network.
5. Limitations of Liability. Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi is not liable for any damage or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. You assume all risks of using the Service.
6. Service Availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
7. Prohibited Activities. Engaging in activities such as spamming, transmitting malicious software, or attempting unauthorized access to other networks or systems is strictly prohibited.
8. Monitoring and Data Limits. We reserve the right to monitor network activity to ensure compliance with these terms. We may impose bandwidth or data limits on users whose heavy use of the Service impacts the network quality for our other guests.

SECTION 2: TERMS THAT APPLY TO MONTHLY GUESTS

The following additional terms apply if your stay exceeds 30 consecutive days:

ELECTRICITY IS BILLED AS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Electricity is billed separately in addition to the monthly rental price and is based on your meter reading.
LATE FEES. WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE OR BY DUE DATE! If full payment of rent and electricity is NOT received by the due date, you will be billed a $25 late fee after 3 days and an additional $50 late fee after 7 days.

SECCIÓN 1: TÉRMINOS QUE SE APLICAN A TODOS LOS HUÉSPEDES

EL LÍMITE DE VELOCIDAD ES DE 5 MPH (SIN EXCEPCIONES). El límite de velocidad del parque es de 5 MPH EN TODO MOMENTO y está monitorizado por cámara. Esto es para manteneros a salvo, a vosotros, a los niños y a las mascotas. La seguridad es nuestra prioridad número uno. Exceder este límite de velocidad y/o conducir de forma temeraria RESULTARÁ en multas. Varias advertencias requerirán que te pidas que te marches.
DE 21:00 A 8:00 ES TIEMPO DE SILENCIO – Cualquiera que ponga música alta o cause alboroto entre las 21:00 y las 8:00 solo será advertido una vez y luego se le pedirá que se marche sin reembolso.
RESPETO POR TODOS LOS HUÉSPEDES Y PERSONAL / SIN MOLESTIAS – Por favor, sean corteses y respeten a todos los huéspedes y al personal del parque en todo momento; nuestro parque está pensado para ser una experiencia tranquila, segura y agradable para todos los que estén en el lugar. CUALQUIER falta de respeto, altercado o altercación no será tolerado, y se te pedirá que te marches inmediatamente sin reembolso. Si el PERSONAL debe llamar a las fuerzas del orden para intervenir en cualquier disturbio que interrumpa las operaciones pacíficas, la(s) persona(s) que la causen pueden estar OBLIGADAS a abandonar el parque INMEDIATAMENTE.
CHECK-IN A LAS 14:00, CHECK-OUT 11:00 - El check-in comienza a las 2pm CT y la salida es a las 11:00 CT del día siguiente. El check-in temprano está sujeto a disponibilidad. Si llegas temprano a la zona, por favor haz los arreglos hasta que abra tu local, ya que no disponemos de sala de espera para autocaravanas. Se permiten registros tardíos, por favor contacta con nosotros para recibir instrucciones. No necesitas contactar con la oficina para hacer el check-out, a menos que tengas que pagar el check-in fuera de horario.
NO HAY CAMBIOS DE SITIO NO APROBADOS - Se te ha asignado un sitio específico. Si deseas mudarte, consulta con la oficina antes de mudarte de sitio. Debido a otras reservas y mantenimiento del lugar, puede que no sea posible mudarse.
VEHÍCULOS – Cada registro de huésped de pago cubre 1 autocaravana y 1 vehículo por sitio, salvo que se indique lo contrario. Los carritos de golf son bienvenidos y pueden usarse para recorrer zonas asfaltadas del complejo. No se pueden usar ATV, motos de cross y motos ruidosas dentro del parque, ya que muchos residentes duermen durante el día por turnos.
APARCAMIENTO (SOLO ÁREAS PAVIMENTADAS) - Está prohibido aparcar en césped; los surcos en tu parcela por aparcar en césped provocarán daños. No aparques tu vehículo, remolque o embarcación en un lugar adyacente; Utilizar más de un sitio conllevará cargos adicionales. Los vehículos no autorizados están sujetos a remolque. Los vehículos extra solo pueden aparcar en las zonas permitidas por nuestro personal de oficina. Los remolques, barcos y otros vehículos tendrán un coste adicional. No aparques en zonas compartidas, es decir, en medio de la carretera, bloqueando entradas de servicios, etc.
INVITADOS/VISITANTES - Todos los visitantes deben aparcar en la zona del edificio recreativo. No aparques en césped ni en zonas de acceso general. El huésped que paga es responsable y responsable de todas las acciones y la seguridad de sus visitantes. Nos reservamos el derecho de retirar a cualquier visitante por cualquier motivo.

1. 3. Las mascotas NO pueden quedarse sin supervisión EN NINGÚN MOMENTO y DEBEN SIEMPRE llevar correa (incluidos los gatos). Esto ayuda a que todos y sus mascotas estén seguros.
4. DEBES llevar bolsas para LIMPIAR SIEMPRE LO QUE TE PASA. No dejes que tu mascota use el baño en ningún otro sitio. No limpiar después de tu mascota hará que te pidan que te vayas sin que te devolvan el dinero.
5. NO se permiten mascotas en ningún parque ni en zonas de piscina.
6. NO pasees a tu mascota en la web de otra persona.
7. Las mascotas NO pueden estar atadas a ningún objeto en el exterior—es decir, árboles, puertas, postes, enganches, etc.—y no se pueden tener jaulas ni alojamientos para mascotas fuera.
8. No se tolera el ladrido que molesta a los vecinos; Un ladrido excesivo puede hacer que te pidan que te vayas sin que te devolvan el dinero.
9. Todas las mascotas deben estar al día con las vacunas.
10. Aceptas salir con un preaviso de 3 días si el personal del parque lo solicita debido al comportamiento de tu mascota (el personal del parque tendrá plena discreción para solicitar la salida).
EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD, INDEMNIZACIÓN – LA ADMINISTRACIÓN Y LOS PROPIETARIOS NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES DE PÉRDIDAS, ROBOS O DAÑOS A BIENES PERSONALES NI LESIONES A PERSONAS O MASCOTAS. Al hacer esta reserva, por la presente DESCUIDAS, RENUNCIAS y DESCARGAS, y ACEPTAS NO DEMANDAR A Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi, a su dirección y/o a sus empleados, por cualquier reclamación o responsabilidad por lesiones personales, accidentes, daños a la propiedad, pérdida de propiedad y/o cualquier otra reclamación derivada o relacionada con tu estancia en nuestra propiedad, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. Además, aceptas defender, indemnizar y eximir a Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi de todas las pérdidas, reclamaciones, gastos y demandas, incluidos los honorarios de abogados (colectivamente, "Pérdidas"), que Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi puedan incurrir derivadas de o en relación con tu estancia en nuestra propiedad. ALMACENAMIENTO - No se permite almacenar debajo ni alrededor de tu sitio. Por favor, mantén la zona limpia y presentable para todos los invitados. Nuestra política de "Buen Vecino" también te permite disfrutar de un paisaje bonito y limpio.
NAVEGACIÓN POR EL LUGAR/RESORT - No camines entre sitios mientras navegas por el parque. Por favor, utilize las carreteras principales y los caminos públicos para recorrer el resort. No molestes a los vecinos yendo a su casa salvo que veas una emergencia.
NO SE PERMITEN ALFOMBRAS EN EL CÉSPED - Por favor, solo usen alfombras que queden en la zona de hormigón. Las alfombras van a matar el césped, y queremos que tu sitio luzca bien tanto para ti como para el próximo huésped.
LAVAR TU CARAVANA – Lavar tu autocaravana solo está permitido con agua gris limpia o desinfectada, sin ningún olor perceptible. No puedes usar jabón ni productos químicos, y no puedes usar agua del parque. El lavado no puede interferir con el disfrute de ningún otro huésped de su espacio o de nuestro parque, y el lavado no puede crear zonas embarradas que reduzcan la cobertura o crecimiento del césped, ni que el barro se arrastre sobre las zonas pavimentadas o dentro de edificios.
USO ELÉCTRICO - Eres responsable de entender cuántos amperios estás usando en tu autocaravana. Un uso de amperios superiores a 30/50 AMP puede saltar el interruptor automático. Por favor, ten en cuenta el consumo de tu amperaje para no saltar el interruptor durante tu estancia. Por favor, avisa al mantenimiento si tienes algún problema eléctrico durante tu estancia. No se permite a los huéspedes diagnosticar nuestros pedestales eléctricos, nuestro equipo de mantenimiento estará encantado de ayudar. Incluso si eres electricista, las leyes te prohíben trabajar en nuestros pedestales a menos que te contraten para ello.
LAVANDERÍA – Por favor, no dejes tu ropa sin vigilancia. No nos hacemos responsables de accidentes ni robos. Se publican normas adicionales para tu uso en la zona de lavandería.
BAÑOS – Te pedimos amablemente que nos ayudes a mantener nuestros baños limpios. Para la comodidad de todos nuestros huéspedes, los baños están cerrados temporalmente para limpiar una vez al día. Los invitados menores de 18 años necesitan supervisión adulta en los baños y duchas (así como en la zona de la piscina).
PISCINA – SIN RECIPIENTES DE CRISTAL. No hay socorrista de servicio. El personal del parque establece el horario de la piscina. Cualquier menor de 18 años debe estar supervisado en todo momento. Está prohibido la música alta, el cristal, los juegos con caballos, correr y clavarse. No se permite el alcohol ni la comida dentro de la propia piscina. Los niños con pañales no pueden entrar en nuestra piscina. Solo se permiten bañadores, bañadores y pequeños bañadores en nuestra piscina.
ELIMINACIÓN DE BASURA Y RECICLAJE - Por favor, ate las bolsas de basura completamente cerradas y guarde la basura completamente en nuestro contenedor. No dejes tu basura en el suelo, INCLUYENDO COLILLAS DE CIGARRILLO. No deseches cables, aceite, muebles, COLCHONES, pintura, neumáticos ni ningún residuo tóxico o químico en nuestro contenedor. El incumplimiento de esta norma puede conllevar cargos por las tasas de desecho. La basura se vacía tres veces por semana. El contenedor está situado en la parte delantera del parque. NIÑOS Y MENORES DE LLEGADA AL TOQUE DE QUEDA - LOS NIÑOS DE 18 AÑOS O MENOS DEBEN ESTAR BAJO SUPERVISIÓN DE UN ADULTO. Esto incluye la zona de la piscina, la sala de recreo y el centro de negocios. Está prohibido montar en bicicleta sin padres y en nuestra carretera principal de entrada por la seguridad de tus hijos y de los visitantes que llegan en autocaravana. Cualquier menor de 18 años debe estar de vuelta en su lugar antes del anochecer. Los niños no pueden usar los baños sin ir acompañados por un padre o tutor.
NO SE PERMITEN TENDEDORES - No se permiten tendedores en nuestro parque.
PROHIBIDO FUEGOS ARTIFICIALES NI ARMAS DE FUEGO - Los fuegos artificiales y armas de fuego de todo tipo están prohibidos en nuestro parque. Los fuegos artificiales prohibidos incluyen, pero no se limitan a, bengalas, bombas de humo, antenas aéreas y petardos. Las armas prohibidas incluyen, pero no se limitan a, todas las armas, incluyendo airsoft, balines de aire y perdigones. Si estos objetos se ven fuera de tu autocaravana, se te pedirá que salgas inmediatamente sin recibir reembolso.
REPARACIONES - No se permiten reparaciones en autocaravanas y vehículos en nuestro parque. Estamos encantados de recomendarte un servicio local de reparación de autocaravanas móviles que acuda a tu centro para ayudarte con cualquier reparación.
LA DIRECCIÓN DEBE APROBAR TODOS LOS ESCALONES, TERRAZAS O PORCHES. NO HAY ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS EXTERIORES A MENOS QUE LA DIRECCIÓN LO APRUEBE. NO SE PERMITEN LAS UNIDADES DE VENTANA CON AIRE ACONDICIONADO.
NO HAY REEMBOLSOS POR SALIDA ANTICIPADA. Esto significa que si decides o te piden que te vayas por CUALQUIER infracción de estas políticas, NO HABRÁ REEMBOLSOS DEL ALQUILER.
SIN DROGAS. El CONSUMO, POSESIÓN o DISTRIBUCIÓN de DROGAS RECREATIVAS o ILEGALES será motivo para terminar tu estancia inmediatamente.
LO SIGUIENTE ESTÁ PROHIBIDO: NO LANZAR PIEDRAS, NO USAR GENERADORES, NO USAR LENGUAJE OBSCENO U OFENSIVO, COMPORTAMIENTOS MOLESTOS, CONDUCTAS PELIGROSAS, NO NADAR EN EL LAGO NI INFRINGIR Y/O INFRINGIR CUALQUIER NORMA COMUNITARIA DE AUTOCARAVANAS, NI LEYES LOCALES, ESTATALES NI FEDERALES.
CORTE FRECUENTE DE CÉSPED Y DESBROZADOR
1. Normalmente cortamos el césped, deshierbamos y soplamos los restos de césped en la propiedad cada semana, siempre que el tiempo lo permita.
2. TODAS las mangueras, cables y cables eléctricos de conexión DEBEN estar en la base de hormigón o a nivel del suelo para evitar ser golpeados por la desbrozadora o el cortacésped. NO nos hacemos responsables de estos objetos si se dañan durante el mantenimiento del césped por estar en el césped.
SEGURIDAD Y EMERGENCIAS
1. Todos los huéspedes mensuales requieren formularios de información de contacto de emergencia. Esta información permanece privada y se utiliza solo cuando surge una situación en la que necesitamos contactar con alguien en caso de emergencia o es solicitada por las fuerzas del orden. Nunca damos información personal a otros.
2. Si observas alguna actividad que consideres preocupante, llámanos las 24 horas del día. (No se permite la solicitud.)
3. Si necesita llamar al 112 por cualquier motivo y tiene tiempo, por favor llame a la oficina para que el personal de mantenimiento esté preparado para escoltar al personal de emergencia hasta su lugar.
TÉRMINOS DE USO DEL WI-FI
1. Al utilizar nuestro servicio Wi-Fi gratuito (el "Servicio"), reconoces que aceptas estos términos y condiciones. Nos reservamos el derecho de exigir a cualquier huésped que no cumpla con estos términos que deje de usar el Servicio y/o abandone nuestro resort. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del Servicio constituye la aceptación de cualquier término revisado.
2. Uso aceptable. El servicio se presta únicamente con fines legales. Aceptas no utilizarlo para actividades ilegales, dañinas o que infrinjan los derechos de otros.
3. Responsabilidad del usuario. Eres responsable de garantizar que tu dispositivo sea compatible con nuestro Servicio. No garantizamos que tu dispositivo se conecte correctamente.
4. Seguridad. Aunque nos esforzamos por proporcionar una conexión segura, no garantizamos que el Servicio sea seguro o privado. Recomendamos evitar la transmisión de información sensible a través de esta red.
5. Limitaciones de responsabilidad. Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi no se hace responsable de ningún daño o pérdida derivado del uso o incapacidad para utilizar el servicio. Asumes todos los riesgos de usar el Servicio.
6. Disponibilidad de servicio. El servicio se ofrece en función de "tal cual" y "según esté disponible". No garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido y podemos modificar o discontinuar el servicio en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
7. Actividades prohibidas. Está estrictamente prohibido realizar actividades como el spam, la transmisión de software malicioso o el intento de acceso no autorizado a otras redes o sistemas.
8. Monitorización y límites de datos. Nos reservamos el derecho de monitorizar la actividad de la red para garantizar el cumplimiento de estos términos. Podemos imponer límites de ancho de banda o datos a los usuarios cuyo uso intensivo del Servicio afecte a la calidad de la red para nuestros otros huéspedes.

SECCIÓN 2: TÉRMINOS APLICABLES A LOS INVITADOS MENSUALES

Se aplican los siguientes términos adicionales si tu estancia supera los 30 días consecutivos:

LA ELECTRICIDAD SE FACTURA COMO UN CARGO ADICIONAL. La electricidad se factura por separado además del precio mensual del alquiler y se basa en la lectura de tu contador.
PAGOS TARDÍOS. ¡EXIGIMOS EL PAGO COMPLETO POR ADELANTADO O ANTES DE LA FECHA LÍMITE! Si el pago completo del alquiler y la electricidad NO se recibe antes de la fecha límite, se te cobrará una multa por retraso de 25 $ después de 3 días y una adicional de 50 $ por retraso a los 7 días.
