Clean and friendly and had everything we were looking for.

We love Conejos River Campground!

This was the perfect getaway. The campground was clean and had a friendly helpful staff. It made a great base camp for exploring the area. We loved sitting under Aspen trees at night and viewing stars. I highly recommend this campground. They are also pet friendly! We will be back next year. If you have ATVs there are plenty of backroads to explore - the scenery is stunning.

Had a great time, easy access to fishing and the campsite was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner is friendly and was not too busy while we were there. The bathrooms and showers are secure and very clean, as is the campground which is well-kept and quiet. It's close to the river with a great walk by it. There's not much in the area in terms of services, so you have to go to Antonito for food and such, which is about 20 minutes away. We were tent camping and we noticed that the valley is very windy. It was difficult to secure our tent because the ground is hard and rocky, but we were able to keep it down through the night, though it blew our rain fly off once. There aren't many trees or natural windbreaks in the campground, so be prepared for some wind. We ended up leaving a day early because it wasn't comfortable to be in the tent and at times, even outside as the wind blew everything around. Most of the people stayed in their RVs.

Very clean, quiet, and close to the river. We'll be back.

This campground is clean and quiet. I was dissapointed with the wifi but overall I would return there again.

The caretakers were fantastic, they came around and kept us informed on the fire that started while we were there!

Nice get away RV park. Mtn biking along river. Full 30 am hookups.

Dennis and his wife are great. The kid who owns it fly fishes, so that’s a bonus. Beautiful location. Walking distance to the river.

Campground host was super nice. The site was fine. All utilities close to the camper in appropriate spots. The only thing I would say is that the website was a little misleading. I felt like we were going to be right on the river. You had a good 10 minute walk to get there. Otherwise everything is OK.

Conejos River Campground is great! Close to everything we want to do while in the area and some of the friendliest host anywhere!
