Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Early Departures - All cancellations may be subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. This will be reviewed upon receipt of your cancellation notice and a refund will be issued if all terms are met.

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hrs prior to the scheduled date of your arrival, camping fees & lodging tax will be refunded, less a cancellation fee.

All reservation changes MUST be made at least 48 hrs in advance of arrival and are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate your changes and you decide to cancel, the cancellation policy still applies.

Early departures will not receive a refund for any reason (weather conditions, other things not in our control or otherwise)

No Shows - If you fail to notify us that you will not be arriving, you will not receive a refund for that night and you may lose the campsite for any additional nights booked.
