Newlands Lodge #2 is a large 1500+ sq ft room with a 180-degree view of the White River from inside your unit. It also boasts of a 180-degree deck with an outside view that almost feels like you can touch the River. This unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, etc... There are also 2 private full bathrooms with a shower in each. There are 3 queen beds, and 3 twin beds. Occupancy 6 guests maximum. Groups are no longer allowed in the lodge. Violators of this rule could be banned permanently. Book all 3 stories to sleep 18. A private boat dock, slip, and ramp sit right next to the home for guest's use. There is also a clay tennis court in the front for guests to enjoy. Catch that record trout in style—less than 1 mile from the White River State Park. Parking for only 3. Overflow parking would be in the front of the resort.

Newlands Lodge #3 has 2 private bedrooms. One bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Both rooms have a private balcony overlooking the White River. Each room has a queen bed and a twin bed. Total beds 2 queens, 2 twins, 2 fold down twins . Maximum occupancy is now only 6 guests. Book all 3 levels to sleep 18. Jet tub in guest bath. The large living area overlooks the White River with its own private balcony. The living area is open to the Kitchen that is fully stocked with coffee, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Wifi and a smart TV in every room make this Lodge a modern luxurious White River Stay. As you exit the home there is a private laundry room on the right with a washer and dryer. Come catch that record trout in style. Book 1, 2, or 3 or book the whole place. Newlands Lodge is a three story Lodge sitting on the White River in Lakeview, Arkansas. Unit #1 is a large 1200 sqft 1 bedroom unit with 2 queens and 4 twin beds. Sleeps 6. It is the bottom unit in the 3 story lodge, the unit closest to the water. All.3 levels sleep 18. Smart tvs and wifi in all rooms. A massive private outdoor porch overlooks the White River. It also has a boat dock and boat slip right next to the house. There is a clay tennis court in the front of the property and lots of common areas for grilling and sitting. A short walk from Copper Johns and The State Park. Families and groups love to book all 3 levels so plan your family vacation now. Only 3 parking spots. Maximum occupancy is now only 6 people. No groups over 6 are allowed to meet or stay in each level. Violations of this rule could cause guests to be permanently banned from the lodge.

Due to carpet in the RV this unit does not allow pets. This 40 ft Rv is in Site #12 only 5 spots from the river. It is a large spacious 1 bedroom RV with a queen bed. The living room also has a futon couch. Sleeps 3. 3 pop outs make the living area very spacious. Also there is a small tree on the lot that offers some shade. A fire pit, chairs, and a picnic table make for a comfy stay. Also plety of parking for a boat or vehicle. Copper Johns Resort has a large common river space for walking out and catching that record trout, and also offers 4 bath houses if you would rather shower in our facilities. Pots, pans, linins, towels, and much more is provided so you can pack light. There is also 2 smart tvs so don't forget your subscription passwords, or you can watch the free movies and channels provided through apps like YouTube, tubing, Hulu, etc...
