Staff was great, sites were clean

Cute little campground with picnic table shelters. Nice and quiet despite being near a major road. We only stayed one night but we would definitely come back.

Easy check in, nice restrooms, clean sites

We dry camped in the overflow parking. The park was quiet and great home base for a couple of days. Thank you for the option to dry camp with min cost.

Not enough shade and too much noise. Sites do not have dump, but at least there is a dump station. The posted speed limit is 10 mph, but the people who work there ignore it, kicking up dust. We've stayed here 5 times, because it's close to home.

Always clean and staff is always friendly and helpful.

Right on the Rio with great views, warm clean bathrooms and friendly folks and really neat covered picnic areas for an extra $5 we didn’t get this time but will next time!

The park was very clean and quiet even though it’s close to a main road. It’s only 1 1/2 miles from I-25. The sites are large and have a covered area at each site. The park is easy to drive through. We have a 36” motorhome and we were able to easily drive around and into our spot. We arrived after closing, but even though I had only booked earlier that day, they still had our reservation paperwork ready for us and we really appreciated the map to our spot since it was dark.

Great location, beautiful scenery. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean! Helpful staff. We will stay there again.

The location was convenient to everything and we enjoyed the astro turf surface alongside our rig and the covered entertaining area. We walked next door to a local brewery for a quick bite and we biked to Coronado Historic Site one day. We would return!

Well maintained. Clean.

We stay here at least one week per month. The staff has always been helpful. The sites are nicely spaced. There is only one shower in each gender bathroom and it's small, but the pressure is good and the water is hot. They are far better than most state park bathrooms. My onky complaint is the lack of enforcement of the leash rule. Every time we're here there are unleashed and unsupervised dogs. While out for a morning run I was chased by a larger German Shepherd. It ran out from between the campsites, no human in sight. Sadly, this wasn't the first time this has happened on a run here, but it was the scariest for me as I have been attacked by a German Shepherd in the past.

Older campground with nice casitas and ample space between sites but our site 22 had low hanging branches hubby had to trim to get our 35’ 5th wheel into. Sites are somewhat level but blacktop is breaking down. We have stayed here several times over the last 4 years and maintenance on sites needs attention.

Quite, clean and the management was great. We enjoyed our short stay.

The campground itself is okay, but the restrooms were dirty and a homeless man had his “home” a 300 ft away from our campsite. A lot of trash around him.

Overall our site was nice . Each site had its own covered picnic table. But the first site you see is the worst site I have ever seen in any campground. So much junk and garbage all around it . I don’t understand why they would let someone live there permanently like that. It was a poor representation of the campground . We have an RV so we did not use the bathrooms but we did look in and they were older and not very clean.

Rest rooms were disgusting, especially the showers. Water spigots were too far from the rv, so we couldn't connect to water. Trash collector came at 6am.

The park is quite old and could use tender loving care. Maybe the town of Bernalillo should put a little money into renovating the park.
