  1. Camping, at its heart, is about embracing the outdoor experience. We do not offer refunds or credits due to discomforts presented by nature or for early departures.
  2. Late departures or check-outs will result in an additional night's charge.
  3. Your refund will be received within 5 to 10 business days.
