Coulee Playland Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver

Welcome to Coulee Playland! Please read the following rules and waiver carefully. By signing this document, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our rules and accept the risks associated with camping and recreational activities. This waiver is intended to comply with the laws of the State of Washington.

Campground Rules & Regulations

1. Do not move picnic tables out of your campsite.

2. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only with proper disposal of cigarette butts.

3. Pets are welcome if waste is disposed of properly.

4. Respect other guests and the surrounding community. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Guests under 18 years old must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

6. Overnight lodging is not permitted without adult supervision.

7. Weapons, firearms, and fireworks are prohibited.

8. Swimming in Banks Lake is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

9. Use fire rings for fires. Do not use them as trash cans.

10. Do not dig holes in the campsite.

11. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.

Acknowledgement of Risks

-Uneven terrain, rocks, and tree roots that may cause trips or falls.

- Falling branches or other natural debris

.- Exposure to wildlife including insects, snakes, and animals.

- Campfire-related risks including burns or smoke inhalation

.- Drowning or injury from swimming, boating, or other water activities.

- Slippery surfaces when wet.

- Weather-related hazards including high winds, storms, or extreme temperatures.

- Injuries from recreational activities such as biking, hiking, or fishing.

Liability Waiver & Release

I understand and acknowledge that participation in camping and related activities involves inherent risks. By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my stay at Coulee Playland and agree to release and hold harmless Fox Den Properties, LLC DBA Coulee Playland, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including those arising from negligence, to the fullest extent allowed by law. I agree to indemnify and defend Coulee Playland against any claims brought by third parties as a result of my actions or those of my guests.

I further agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Grant County, Washington.
