Reservation and Payment Policy

• Full Prepayment Required: To secure your booking, all new reservations—regardless of the length of the stay booked—require full prepayment (100% of the total reservation cost) at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our park reservations, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Four (4) Weeks' Notice or More: If you cancel your reservation at least four (4) weeks (28 days or more) prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total prepayment.

• Less Than Four (4) Weeks' Notice: If you cancel your reservation with less than four (4) weeks' notice (27 days or fewer) prior to your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued, and the full prepayment is forfeited.
