County Line Campground RV Site Rules
1. Please call to arrange check in and payment- 606-584-1980. Check in time is 1pm and
Check Out is 12pm. If arriving late at night, you may call the following day.
2. Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per RV. $5 per extra person per day. There is a limit of
1 RV and 1 additional vehicle per RV Site. Additional parking is available across from RV
Sites (beside dumpster). One additional car/truck is allowed per site at no charge (total 2)
any additional is $25 per month storage fee.
3. RV must be no older than 15 years (unless approved) and in good clean condition.
4. RV Sites are 20’x75’. Your RV, camping equipment, and extra vehicle must fit within the
assigned space. Fire lanes must remain open at all times.
5. Sites must be kept clean. All garbage must be bagged and placed in the dumpster. Please
break down any boxes before placing in dumpster. No large items! No trash or bottles in fire
rings. Please do NOT throw cigarette butts on ground.
6. Fires are only allowed inside fire rings and must be attended. Grills are permitted.
7. Children must be supervised by an adult. The person renting the RV Site assumes all
responsibility of children, visitors, and family members and must ensure they abide by the
rules. Any damages to site, buildings, equipment, etc will be charged to you.
8. Two Pets are allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH & PICKED UP AFTER
IMMEDIATELY. No barking or aggressive dogs. Contact us if more than 2 pets.
9. Quiet time is 11:00pm-7:00am; please be respectful of other campers.
10. County Line Campground is not responsible for damages due to fire, wind, or theft. Please
secure all your valuables. You must carry your own insurance.
11. This is a campground and you are a guest who is renting an accommodation only
with no tenancy rights. If asked to leave for any reason by owner or manager, you
agree to leave within 48 hours. You must use a PO Box for mail.
12. No Firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed. Fireworks are prohibited.
13. Please drink responsibly. Absolutely no underage drinking allowed. Absolutely no
illegal drugs of any kind allowed on premises. Disorderly conduct is not tolerated.
14. 5MPH Speed Limit for ALL Vehicles. Golf carts are permitted for licensed drivers.
15. Repair fee of $200 min for damage caused by striking water, sewer, or electric post.
16. No alterations to Site without prior approval. The following are not allowed: pools, fencing
(small dog pen ok), clotheslines, washer/dryer, permanent structure.
17. Water is only for use in your RV. Vehicle washing fee is $10 for each vehicle.
18. Please store camping equipment/wood/etc in an orderly fashion. 10x10 Storage
Units are available for monthly rental (discounts available). Call us for more info.
19. Please help us keep rates low by conserving electricity and water as much as
possible. Do NOT leave A/C running while you are gone for extended periods. NO electric
heaters allowed. Heated water hose require Nov 1 st thru Apr 1 st .
20. Violating these rules is cause for ejection, in which case there are no refunds.
21. Upon departing site, everything must be removed and site cleaned of all litter/waste.
County Line Campground & Storage RV Site Agreement
1. The innkeeper agrees to rent the guest RV Site #______________________________.
2. The rental period is ________________________ and may be renewed for an additional period, until either party terminates. Rent will be due on the 1st day of rental period. If 5 days late there will be a $10 per day late fee.
3. Guest agrees to pay innkeeper rent in the amount of $200 Weekly $500 Monthly
4. There is a $200 security deposit to be return upon leaving as long as site is clean and no damages.
5. Description of the RV/Unit to be placed on the property/rented site is as follows: Make: __________________ Size: ________ Year: _______
Washer/Dryer not allowed. Excessive use of electric will result in extra charge.
6. The guest agrees to use the premises for camping only and certifies that the site cannot be sublet.
7. The guest agrees that this is a campground and therefore the guest is only renting an accommodation and has no tenancy rights. Guest understands there will be no forcible detainer/eviction process. Guest understands innkeeper/manager may ask them to vacate the property at any time for disturbing other campers, violating rules, destruction of property, suspected drug use, or non payment/late payment of rent. Upon being ejected, if guest does not leave, law enforcement will remove guest and guest may be charged with trespassing.
8. The guest agrees to read and comply with all the campground rules and regulations furnished, posted on the premises, and/or on the website.
9. Guest agrees to carry his/her own liability and comprehensive insurance during the term of this rental period on their RV/Trailer. Guest understand property is not gated. No insurance is provided by the Innkeeper.
10. Guest agrees to pay for damages they cause to campground property, buildings, and/or equipment.
11. Guest agrees to take full responsibility for all people in their party, including any children or visitors, and will ensure they all abide by the campground rules. This property belongs to County Line Campground & Storage and the guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release County Line Campground & Storage, owners, their heirs, officers, family members, fellow campers, volunteers, and employees of all liability for the loss or damage to their property and/or injury to his/her persons arising out of his/her use of the property. Camping can have inherent risks and guest agrees to indemnify the campground, owners, their heirs, officers, family members, fellow campers, volunteers, or employees against any claims for loss or damage to property or any injury or death to their person(s), visitor(s), or family members of the camper, arising out of use of property/facilities for any reason. This rental agreement contains the entire agreement between the Owner/Innkeeper and Guest. No other representation or inducement, verbal or written, has been made which is not contained in this rental agreement. This agreement is severable, if one portion is deemed invalid, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.
I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND POSTED ON THE GROUNDS, WEBSITE, AND/OR OTHERWISE STATED BY CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT.
