Deposit & Payment policy

This policy applies to online, phone in and walk in reservations.

Reservations for less than 29 days: Payment is required to be paid in full on the day of arrival or online.

Reservations 29 days or more: For extended stay’s a $250.00 security deposit is due at booking and is refundable at check-out and account settlement. we require one month to be paid in full and all associated fees to be paid upon booking. Unless prior approved by management with reasonable conditions.

Monthly payments must be made every 29 days. Invoices / payment reminders will be sent to you electronically five days prior to the start of the next period.

No exceptions, monthly bookings with overdue payments will be cancelled.

All reservations will receive an electronic reservation confirmation. Please review the confirmation and contact us immediately if you see any discrepancies.

All reservations booked online or over the phone will be subject to a non-refundable $15.00 booking fee.

Failure to provide payment on the first day of booking will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. Unless prior approved by management.

Credit card information will be stored on file for the duration of your scheduled stay. The first month can be prorated, last month will not be prorated.

Reservation Policy

All online and phone in reservations will pay a $3.50 booking fee and this fee is nonrefundable.

At time of booking extra fees may apply (pets, vehicles, people etc.).

If you shorten your reservation at check-in or less than 15 days prior to arrival, you will not receive a refund for those days.

Coyote Gulch reserves the right to move any booking to another site. Bookings may be subject to site changes without notice to accommodate longer bookings or larger RV units. Coyote Gulch RV Park makes every attempt to accommodate requests and keep groups close together.

Reservation fee payments will confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by all policies, rates, rules, and regulations.

Coyote Gulch reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to any person who violates or disregards park policy. No refund will be provided.

Park guests and their visitors agree to use this campground at their own risk.

Coyote Gulch RV LLC. is not responsible for damage, injury, loss of persons, pets, or property. We reserve the right to make changes to rules, regulations, and fees at our own discretion.

Cancellation policy

Coyote Gulch RV Park understands plans can always change and we will do our best to work with you on your schedule. We do ask you please abide by this policy if plans do change. Any questions or concerns please contact office.

Stays shorter than 28 nights

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7days prior to arrival, will result in no refund.

Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit 1 night deposit.

Cancellations 15 or more days guest will receive a full refund minus the $15.00 processing fee.

Extra Parking Policy

Coyote Gulch RV Park provides extra parking for our guests for vehicles, ATV’s, etc. If your reservation is 14 days (2 weeks) or longer guests will pay our extra parking fee of $100.00. Guests will also provide the office with information (year, make and model) regarding any vehicle in the extra parking area. Coyote Gulch is not responsible for any theft or damage to any vehicle in the extra parking area. The guest is responsible for any vehicle they choose to put in the extra parking area and will NOT hold Coyote Gulch RV Park LLC. Liable for any theft, damage, etc. We ask that on your check-out day you make sure you have collected all the property you have brought with you, including vehicles, Camp Trailer’s, ATV’s, dirt bikes, other belongings, pets etc. If any vehicles/property are left behind without notice to management, we will do everything we can to contact the guest regarding the vehicle/property left behind multiple times. If we continue to get no response, we will contact law enforcement to deem vehicle/property abandoned.

Coyote Gulch reserves the right to take legal action regarding abandoned vehicles/property. Vehicles will be towed away by the city. Guests will be subject to multiple fees to remove vehicles/property from Coyote Gulch RV Park’s property. Any further questions please contact RV office.

Park Rules & Guidelines

Maximum of 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle per spot.
All camp fees must be paid Apon online booking. No hook ups will be provided until Coyote Gulch has received payment. Payments must be made by debit card and credit card. No Venmo, cash app or checks currently.
Long-term reservations must be paid electronically and in advance.
Coyote Gulch prefers advanced payments. Cancellations will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee if not made at least 15 days before the check-in date. No refunds will be given if you decide to leave earlier than your check out date for any reason. The reservation is non-transferable.
5.Coyote Gulch reserves the right to remove vehicles of guests that refuse to provide payment. Towing will be at the guest's expense.
Check-In time is no later than 2:00 p.m. or during normal business hours. Please call the office to arrange an after-hour check-in.
Check-Out time is 12:00 p.m. Contact office in advance if your check-Out will be past 12:00 p.m.
Coyote Gulch is not responsible for lost, stolen property during your stay.
Quiet times are 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. No generators between these hours. Please do not run any vehicles longer than 10 minutes to warm up. Noise complaints can and will result in your reservation to be terminated and you will be asked to leave the park immediately.
Speed limit within the campground is 5mph, No exceptions.
Use of ATV’s, dirt bikes, or other recreational vehicles are not permitted within park boundaries.
Respect our park including amenities, grass areas, equipment. You will be held responsible for any damages, theft, or vandalism. Fees may apply.
We do not allow open fire pits. By law they are to be an enclosed firepit that you can provide.
Children under the age of 16 years old must always be under parental supervision. Parents are responsible for their child's safety and conduct, and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. Any unsupervised children who cause disruption for other guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group.
Campers are responsible for everyone on their campsite, including visitors. Park Visitor’s must check into office (during business hours) if they plan to stay longer than 3 days. Visitors must park vehicles in extra parking area and provide vehicle information to the office.
No refunds will be provided for any guest who is removed from the park for violation of any park policy.
Pets are allowed and must abide by the pet policy.
Please be courteous and respectful to your neighbor’s privacy. Do not enter another guest's campsite without their permission.
Fireworks or firecrackers are prohibited at any time. Delta City has designated areas for public use of fireworks.
Physical or verbal abuse, including threats or intimidation towards any park staff, other guests, other pets also including your own will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly, which may include removal and/or police involvement.
Public intoxication and drug use of any kind is not tolerated and will result in the police being called and immediate removal from park. Alcohol may be consumed by adults of legal age (21+ years old) within the confines of your campsite only and be consumed responsibly.
Coyote Gulch RV Park DOES NOT CONDONE underage (under 21 years old) drinking. If we have any reason to believe underage drinking is involved in your campsite you will be asked to leave immediately, and the situation may result in police involvement.
Coyote Gulch does not lend out tools or supplies.

Extended stay Terms & Conditions

We ask that you check into the RV office immediately upon arrival. This contract applies to guests that have reservations 29 days or more. This contract/Agreement goes into effect on check-In day& time and this agreement will automatically expire/terminate on the check-out date of reservation (check-out day & time). Guests who wish to stay will need to renew contract/Agreement before check-out date online/In office. Failing to do so will result in guest leaving the park/ possibly moving guest to a different/available spot once contract/Agreement is renewed.

Unless prior approved by management. Guest must provide correct departure date to recieve deposit refund, failing to do so can and will void refund.

Guests will not claim Coyote Gulch RV Park LLC. As their residence.

Guests who violate park policy will/ can be asked to leave immediately and have 24 hours to remove their property, RV, Camp trailer, etc.

$65.00 late fee will be added to any payment made past the 5th of each month. (5th day of each period)

Electricity: We offer a $50.00 credit on electricity. If you use over the credit amount you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due.

Water: Hookup is available on site. Heat tape must be used on external hoses from October-April, to keep them from freezing up. Heat tape must be run from faucet along entire length of hose, Coyote Gulch is only responsible for the water line up to the frost line of spicket. Failing to winterize RV/Unit can result in guest paying damages.

Terms & Conditions/ Rules: We ask that you abide by our park rules, they apply to every guest regardless of how long your stay is with us. Please review them and don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Keeping a clean park is particularly important to us. The sites are to be kept clean and orderly, determined by park management. Please respect our bathrooms, showers, and laundry room as well as our equipment for guest use. If you notice anything that needs attention, please notify management immediately.

Coyote Gulch RV Park LLC. Reserves the right to run this park as management sees fit and will remove anyone who violates any park policy.

🐾Pet Policy🐾

Coyote Gulch RV Park is pet friendly and welcomes our guests who enjoy traveling and sharing the camping experience with the family dog/ cat. However, to ensure our guests have a safe, enjoyable stay it is important that you read and follow our pet policy.

Guests are permitted a maximum of 3 dogs/cats per site. So, a total of 3 animals in each site. Charges for each additional animal do apply. There will be a $25.00 fee per pet and must be prior approved before arrival at park.
2.All pets must be current on all vaccinations and proof must be given to office once you arrive.
Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at our park. If a dog shows behavior that is unfriendly to strangers and shows aggression to other animals on premises, please leave the dog ay home. If you bring a dog that exhibits this type of behavior, you will be asked to leave park or be evicted and will forfeit any refund.
While Coyote Gulch RV Park does not explicitly prohibit any breed of dogs, all dogs are required to always be under voice control and under visual observation of their owner. Pets must be under the control of individuals who have complete control of pet.
5.A 6’ (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camp trailer, motorhome, vehicle.
No dog / cat is allowed to be left tied up and unattended outside your camp trailer, motorhome, vehicle. Tie outs may not be placed on anything permanent on your site (power/ water hook ups). Tie outs are not allowed in public areas, only in your RV site.
Pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES. Not allowed to roam free.
Owners are responsible for the pick-up and the disposal of all pet waste immediately.
Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night is not allowed. You may be asked to leave if you are not able to control that behavior. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals.
Guests are responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their pets. In addition, the owner of any pet that causes injury or damage to another guest is expected to resolve the issue directly with injured party. Coyote Gulch RV Park is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any injury or damage caused by pets or to your pet.

RV Rental Terms & Conditions

Coyote Gulch RV Park is so pleased to provide RV rentals to our guest’s. Along with following the parks original terms and conditions please review and understand this agreement. Coyote Gulch RV Park LLC. Is not liable for any damage or theft to guest's belongings, vehicles or liable for personal injury. Coyote Gulch is NOT allowing any pets at this time to stay in our rental camper's. The park does not provide toiletries, cleaning products, bedding, towels or cookware. We ask that you as the guest provide anything you may need for your stay with us as if it was an apartment. Please take your belonging with you when you check-out. If we must remove items from RV or come in and significantly clean up, guest can and will be charged a cleaning fee. We are not allowing pets in our rentals at this time.

Renter Responsibilities

We expect guests to keep the camper clean and orderly. Otherwise, a cleaning deposit will be charged to guest. (Including taking out the garbage to dumpsters at check-out.)
Please report any noticed damages to inside / outside of camper or Park amenities. If there is significant damage to the camper with no notice or report. Guest will be charged with damage fee and will not receive any of extended stay security deposit.
Emptying the tanks regularly (black water, grey water) We can help you with any questions and train you if you are unsure as how this works.
During winter months keeping inside temperature NO lower than 50 degrees Fahrenheit when you are gone for the day or when you check-out. Frozen pipes are an issue nobody wants to deal with, guest is held liable for repairs.
Guest is responsible for themself and anyone in their party. (Children, anyone visiting.)
We expect guest to maintain the camper while in their care. If you need help or have any questions we are here to help. Please don't hesitate to call. We want to give you every opportunity to NOT be charged any kind of fee.
Return keys to office when you check-out. Lost or stolen key fee will otherwise apply.
If guest’s stay is under 28 nights/29 days you are to refill propane tanks and will be charged for power usage if you use more than the $50.00 usage credit.
Guest gives Coyote Gulch RV Park permission to keep a card on file for any fee’s that may apply to their stay.
NO pets of any kind are allowed in our campers at this time.

Extended Stay’s

28 night / 29 days

Extended stay Rate: $1400.00 + Tax

Larger Rentals: $1800.00+ Tax

Security Deposit: $500.00 Due at check-In

All utilities included in your stay. We will handle most everything to do with your stay. We do ask that you call the office when you get low on propane so we can get it refilled for you. Security deposit is completely refundable at check-out IF camper is left in clean condition, guest’s items removed, NO damage inside / outside of camper and account is current. Leaving before your check-out date can and will disqualify guest from the refundable deposit. We ask guests to please communicate with us as much as possible on check-out dates even if it may be a estimated check-out date. Coyote Gulch is an RV Park therefore we have to charge transient tax, guest cannot claim park as their residence. Please review renter responsibilities as a guide.

Other Rates

Weekly Rate $500.00 + Taxes

Nightly Rate: $130.00 + Taxes

Park Fee’s

Cleaning Fee: $100.00 (if left unorderly.)

Damage Fee: depending on severity of damages done.

Key Fee: Key is not turned into office Lost / Stolen. Amount depends on locksmith.

Card processing Fee: 3% applied when you pay with card.

Check- In: 2:00 P.M.

Check- Out: 12:00 P.M.

We are willing to work with you as best we can Please let us know immediately if you need more time for Check-In/Check-Out.

Coyote Gulch RV Park LLC. Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The owner’s and management will run Coyote Gulch RV Park as they see fit. If for any reason park staff feels our park is not a suitable fit for a guest and or a guest violates any park policy. The guest will be asked to leave the park immediately. Guest will also be escorted off the property by law enforcement if park feels it’s needed.

By signing this contract, you are stating that you fully understand the RV Rental Terms and Conditions as well as the original terms and conditions of the overall park. Stating that you understand and will follow all rules, policies, pet policy while you are here.
