Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival will forfeit their one month’s stay pre-payment.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund
