Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for early departures, weather conditions, acts of nature, voluntary departures, or evictions. Any approved refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used. Credit and debit card refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment, with no exceptions. If original card is not available then an in house credit will be given.

As an alternative to a refund, a reservation credit may be issued and applied toward a future stay. Reservation credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance and must be used within that time period.
