Cancellation Policy

30 Days or More Before Arrival

  • A 15% cancellation fee will be applied.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

15–29 Days Before Arrival

  • A 30% cancellation fee will be applied.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

2–14 Days Before Arrival

  • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

  • The remaining balance will be issued as Camping Credit only.

48 Hours or Less Before Arrival

  • 100% of the reservation is non-refundable.

  • No refunds or camping credits will be issued.

All eligible refunds will be returned to the credit card on file.

Camping Credit Policy

  • Camping Credits must be used by Labor Day Weekend of the following year.

  • Camping Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • Credits cannot be applied toward day-use passes or store merchandise.

  • Credits may only be redeemed one time.

  • Any unused portion of a credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

  • Reservations made using a Camping Credit cannot be cancelled for additional credit or a refund.

  • To apply a Camping Credit toward a new reservation or additional nights, please contact the campground office directly.

Please Note: The reservation system does not currently allow Camping Credits to be applied online, but our office staff will be happy to assist with applying the credit to a reservation.

Additional Reservation Policies

  • Reservations with outstanding balances will be cancelled 45 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations cannot be processed on the scheduled arrival date or after a guest is considered a no-show.

  • No refunds will be issued due to illness, pandemics (including COVID-19), weather, river conditions, or other acts of nature. The standard cancellation policy will apply.
